舒適的房間，CP值高，接待人員也很親切地介紹，適合溫馨小旅行。

貨不對版，沒有雪櫃。 在升降機邊，牆壁不斷作出聲響，很嘈吵。 冷氣定期會熄機重開，應該是設了時限，還會突然停電 不過酒店位置近碼頭及大街。

服務人員親切，有電梯，早餐豐富，還有熱水壺，有沐浴乳和三條毛巾，獨立衛浴很棒，插座也充足，離里亞托橋很近，附近也很多餐廳

酒店房間在威尼斯算很大，早餐好吃雖然品項不多，浴室很大，我的房裡有浴缸可泡早，此次我訂了12房，包含了單人，雙人，三人，運河幾款房型，大家都很喜歡尤其運河房 水上巴士只有1號線停靠Ca'D'oro

床头柜很脏，浴室很干净，Wi-Fi太不给力。之前以为结账时的税款就是城市税，结果退房才知城市税还要另交，那这样来说hotels的价格就不是最低的了，标价不是最终，结款时的价格才做参考，如此booking的价格才算低.....

價錢不太高，係威尼斯已經好難搵到相同又舒適既酒店

Clean room and very helpful staff. The location was excellent. I enjoyed the water taxi ride from and to the airport.

A tiny room, but that was expected. Very clean and the continental breakfast, which was an extra cost was absolutely delicious.

運河が見える部屋を予約しました。 清潔で冷房も効いていて快適でした。 部屋とバスルームも充分に広くて満足です。 運河は見えますが裏の道なので静かですが少し寂しい感じです。 朝食はとっていないのでわかりません。

The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. One negative was the A/C didn’t work well. It was 22 C at night in our room. We had asked about this when we first arrived and they told us the A/C doesn’t get colder than 21 C…they did give us a fan to use but it was still too warm. If you’re planning on visiting Venice any other time than summer, it should be fine.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice continental breakfast.

Very nice place!! I would stay here again. Staff was great, rooms were modern and clean and the location was decent.

Het hotel lijkt bij binnenkomst minimalistisch maar de kamer was super en uitstekend schoon. De airco werkte goed en er was een prachtig uitzicht over de gracht. Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd en personeel erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Clean with large rooms and just a ferry ride to San Marco

The hotel is in a fantastic location. If you don't want to venture far, you can stay within a few blocks and find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a great atmosphere. It's also an excellent base for exploring the rest of the city on foot. The rooms are small, which is typical for Venice, but they are clean and comfortable. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to help. Their service made the stay even better.

It’s hard to find but a really nice place.
