舒適的房間，CP值高，接待人員也很親切地介紹，適合溫馨小旅行。

貨不對版，沒有雪櫃。 在升降機邊，牆壁不斷作出聲響，很嘈吵。 冷氣定期會熄機重開，應該是設了時限，還會突然停電 不過酒店位置近碼頭及大街。

服務人員親切，有電梯，早餐豐富，還有熱水壺，有沐浴乳和三條毛巾，獨立衛浴很棒，插座也充足，離里亞托橋很近，附近也很多餐廳

酒店房間在威尼斯算很大，早餐好吃雖然品項不多，浴室很大，我的房裡有浴缸可泡早，此次我訂了12房，包含了單人，雙人，三人，運河幾款房型，大家都很喜歡尤其運河房 水上巴士只有1號線停靠Ca'D'oro

床头柜很脏，浴室很干净，Wi-Fi太不给力。之前以为结账时的税款就是城市税，结果退房才知城市税还要另交，那这样来说hotels的价格就不是最低的了，标价不是最终，结款时的价格才做参考，如此booking的价格才算低.....

價錢不太高，係威尼斯已經好難搵到相同又舒適既酒店

地點優越 鬧中取靜，早餐有新鮮水果 值得推薦！good location, all tourist spots are nearby, good breakfast with fresh fruits as we'll. highly recommended.

La habitación es muy bonita, el personal nos indicó que había reparaciones en nuestro piso pero para nada fue molesto, más chicas del lobby muy amables, el desayuno genial

We had a small room on the top floor. It was so cosy and nice. Very quiet. First day the weather was nice so we could sit on the terrace. We really liked the location, just some steps from the more touristy areas. The staff were so nice and friendly and gave us very good suggestions about the restaurants nearby. They were renovating some of the rooms, but that was not disturbing. We liked the breakfast, the coffee was great.
