ได้พักห้องที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับราคา เหมือนเป็นห้องสำรอง ประมาณนั้นไม่มีวิวใดๆ เเม่บ้านเข้ามาก็ไม่ได้เปลี่ยนผ้าปู ที่นอน เเค่เข้ามา ตบๆ ผ้า แค่นั้น

Quiet & peaceful surrounding. Bit far from city center, but love our room, though our request to have the upper floor room was neglected and the size of single twin bed was really really small for a big guy like myself. But the addition of private mini pool to every room mended everything.

Very Late to pick up from room ,Not good maintenance and check room before check in.

I’ve had a wonderful time here in Hyatt regency. They aren’t just done a good welcome and good but they did a great one, they did better just a job. By the way, the atmosphere, view and room is very fantastic. A room is very comfortable. The staffs are very nice and welcome us warmly. พนักงานทุกคนที่นี่เป็นมิตรและบริการดีมาก ดูแลเอาใจใส่ดี รายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อย ก็ใส่ใจจนทำให้เรารู้สึกประทับใจ ในส่วนของวิว ห้องแล้วก็สิ่งต่างๆ ในรีสอร์ทคือดีงามมาก เอาเป็นว่าชอบมาก ถ้าหากพนักงานผ่านมาอ่าน อยากบอกว่า ขอบคุณนะครับ

For 5 star hotel, the water shower in my room no 1403 is too small and that rain shower always drops water if I open hand shower, the engineering team had come twice but still cannot solve the problem. I've stayed at this hotel at 18 Feb 2016, and when I stayed at Hyatt in another city, the shower water debit is always great.

Location is secluded so perfect for getaway vacation. off the main road. Very nice pool, very quite and calming. Room is very spacious with balcony and large bathroom. Great view as our room face the ocean. Negative is rooms location as this is hillside hotel. Going from rooms to lobby is quite a chore even they provide free buggy ride, you still have to walk several set of stairs. Not recommended for the older people with walking problem.
