Kamarnya luas sekali, fasilitas sangat lengkap. Air panas berfungsi baik. Ada senter dan lampu emergency yang berfungsi saat mati listrik selama 3 jam. Ada colokan berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia, jadi aman. View bagus dari kamar. Recommended.

Tidak dapat makan pagi harus pesan lagi, orang tua juga tidak dibantu.

Actually it’s an old 5 stars hotel which many previous leader of the world stayed here before, breakfast was superb.. very complete with various of Delicious Chinese oriental food and also International Americans an breakfast style. In the lobby they have 7 eleven that open for 24 hours, placed in front of the shenzhen’s railway station that you can go to Hong Kong or Guangzhou easily, very close to a money changer that have a good rate.. overall I feel satisfy during my stay at Best Western Premier Felicity Hotel

hotel is comfortable and good location, however the map is incorrect, I was lost and I have to take taxi twice.

Room is dark, the towels have some kind of smell, and the staff can't really speak English.

Pas kesini pas sibuk banget, ngantri tapi bahasa inggris resepsionisnya lumayan. Jadi sangat membantu. Nyaman, ada sevel di dalam. Diditak kelaparan walau isinya sodara-sodaranya chivas regal semua, recommended.

It was a great stay with good value of money but for foreigners, most of the staff can not speak English.

Kurangnya petunjuk menuju ke hotel sehingga kami bertanya ke orang lain dan harus agak lama mencari lokasi hotel.

I enjoy stay at Best Western Feilcity Hotel, wish can bring all my family to stay there.
