是很不错的酒店 服务也很好。但是我的房间里有一点异味

The hotel is beautiful, and it has awesome breakfast. However, there are several things to be improved: 1) Not clean enough. Balconies are simply dirty and rarely cleaned. So does the floor of my room, you can often feel the dust with your feet. 2) Staff could have better training. Reception talked to me directly in Spanish instead of starting wtih Portuguese or English. I had a hard time understanding him. Once I requested my car, the boy stopped my car on the street instead of the entry driveway where I was standing at. 3) Swimming pool water was not that clean, they don't renew water as supposed. 4) I requested a room to be quiet, but they put me at a lower level, facing to the club downstairs. I could still hear the music with all windows closed at 2am. (while my friend got a room at the other end of hotel building which is much quieter.

The staff was great, from the front desk to the restaurant team and house keepers. However, the building is in need of attention. The windows do not block any sound meaning it’s very noisy in the upper floors, with lots of traffic most of the night. The gym and Sauna are very dated, too. One night one of the guests set of a fire alarm so we had to evacuate the rooms. The emergency exit signs led us into a courtyard and the exit door (with an “emergency exit” sign on it happened to be locked with a padlock so it was impossible to exit the premises. Luckily the alarm was set off in error but this could have been a problem had there been a real reason to evacuate.

O atendimento sempre foi excelente e mais uma vez todos foram muito atenciosos.

Café da manhã sensacional com direito a musica ao vivo no piano. Grande variedade de alimentos e equipe simpatica.

Já temos este hotel como nossa segunda residência, quando estamos em SP, quanto criamos fidelização

Hotel já foi muito bom. Está velho. Quartos velhos. Banheiro velho. Falta manutenção. Estão fazendo reformas nas áreas comuns. Não acho que seja um 5 estrelas mais. No máximo um 4 estrelas.

Gostei da localização e da estrutura do hotel. A equipe de funcionários também é muito prestativa. Duas ressalvas: o chuveiro e os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores.

Senti falta somente de uma mesa de trabalho no quarto. Tinha uma mesinha redonda, mas que para trabalhar era um pouco desconfortável. No mais, excelente avaliação.
