一間自1907年落成至今的歷史悠久酒店，但基本上毫無維護，地毯很舊，所有設備都很舊，一進房間有很重的臭味，令人不適，強烈建議酒店應該要停止接收新的客人並進行一次大改造，也強烈建議所有想訂此酒店的客人改訂別間，千萬不要訂這間，你絕對會後悔。 除此之外，入住第一天房間內沒有飲用水、沒有抽取式衛生紙，第二天整理房間才補上，我住了四晚，每天打掃人員都會留下一些清潔用具忘了帶走，很不專業；酒店人員看到客人不打招呼，不友善，不幫忙，整體服務令人相當失望。 總結來說，原本只想給一顆星，多的部分是對這間超過百年酒店的尊重。

旅館具歷史性，很豪華有格調。 房間略小，稍嫌老舊。 地點很方便

走进酒店的大厅，就像走进一座博物馆。让我真切第感受到酒店一百多年的历史和酒店高品质的服务。如果你是第一次来墨西哥城，体验日内瓦酒店应该是优先的选择。

Beds are comfortable staff was welcoming. Breakfast was great. Room was well maintained even though it's not updated. Location was great

Lo mejor fue la atención de Deyanira, concierge del hotel, lo que no me gustó fue la atención de la persona con la que hicimos check in y check out que fue la misma persona, parece que te está haciendo un favor

Es un hotel único. La ubicación cómoda, fui de trabajo y quería estar cerca de la zona del Ángel de la Independencia y pude caminar sin problema y muy segura. El hotel es ideal para quienes aman la historia, las zonas comunes son como un museo. Los cuartos si se ven antiguos, pero es la vibra del hotel. Muy bueno su restaurante y excelente el servicio.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and I felt very safe there. It is an old building so the plumbing is a little slow. No complaints though. Will stay here again.

El hotel es excelente pero si es necesario dedicar al menos medio dia para conocerlo con calma. Sus servicios de bufete también valen la pena.

Literally amazing. As soon as I arrived I was shocked at how beautiful the place was. Will be visiting CDMX again and will be booking here again. Also the surrounding neighborhood is such a pleasure to walk through. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

I had 2 major issues with our stay at this hotel: Firstly, the room cleanliness was lacking. The room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Dirty carpets, hair in the bathroom, etc. Secondly, twice we had an issue where our room would not lock. One time, we returned from a long day away from the hotel to find that our room could be entered with no room key needed. The fact this happened twice is not acceptable... Furthermore the hotel staff seemed largely unbothered by the issue as if it were a common occurence. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to travelers visiting CDMX

다만 한가지 건물 자채가 오래전이라서 방음이 잘 안됍니다

The hotel looks elegant and boasts the beautiful history of the hotel but could use a very good dusting, the rooms are very old and in need of fixing even if they want to maintain that 1900 era style luxury hotel vibe.
