一間自1907年落成至今的歷史悠久酒店，但基本上毫無維護，地毯很舊，所有設備都很舊，一進房間有很重的臭味，令人不適，強烈建議酒店應該要停止接收新的客人並進行一次大改造，也強烈建議所有想訂此酒店的客人改訂別間，千萬不要訂這間，你絕對會後悔。 除此之外，入住第一天房間內沒有飲用水、沒有抽取式衛生紙，第二天整理房間才補上，我住了四晚，每天打掃人員都會留下一些清潔用具忘了帶走，很不專業；酒店人員看到客人不打招呼，不友善，不幫忙，整體服務令人相當失望。 總結來說，原本只想給一顆星，多的部分是對這間超過百年酒店的尊重。

旅館具歷史性，很豪華有格調。 房間略小，稍嫌老舊。 地點很方便

For positives, we found this to be a fairly comfortable hotel, with an interesting history, and good location. Our room was clean, and the staff were generally courteous. There are a few drawbacks that warrant the 3 stars. While our room was quiet, our friends had a room in another part of the hotel where noise from late night partying on the weekend from the neighborhood didn't stop until 6am, which prevented them from getting any sleep. Also, the rooms are dated with some furniture worn out or broken. Finally, we did have one negative encounter with a staff member from security. Our friends (also staying there) came to our room with us so we could grab a few things before heading out. A staff member confronted us and suggested we had 4 people staying in the room. I understand the need for vigilance, but the way it was handled left a bad taste.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, everything was perfect

Property is very old and not at all disability friendly. One day the elevator broke and I had to climb 3 floors with one leg. Bathroom was not suitable for a disabled person .carpet is old and awful. Area around is good with many walking distance shops and restaurants

Not suitable for business travelers Stayed: November 1–8, 2025 This review is from the perspective of a frequent business traveler. I stayed one week at the Geneve Hotel and unfortunately it did not meet the expectations of a hotel for business travel. Gym: Open 7 AM –10 PM on weekdays and only 9 AM – 5 PM on weekends. These hours make it impossible to work out before an early start. Breakfast: Starts at 7 AM but the dining area is far too small (about 20 tables). Every weekday morning at 7 AM, guests were waiting to be seated and I never managed to have a proper breakfast before work. The combination of late gym opening and crowded breakfast service made it impossible to keep a normal morning routine or arrive at the office on time at 8:30 AM. Staff: Friendly, attentive, and doing their best within the limits of hotel operations. Suggestions for management: Open the gym earlier and start breakfast at 6 AM to better accommodate business travelers. Bottom line: A beautiful historic hotel but not recommended if you’re in Mexico City for work and need reliable early-morning facilities.

El hotel está hermoso y elegante y aún conserva su arquitectura, lo único malo que no me gusto es que el baño aún contaba con cabellos y que no nos hicieron servicio de limpieza también, el personal que se encuentra en la puerta cada vez que entraba nos veían extraño como que si no fuéramos parte de los huéspedes porque nos pedían a cada rato el número de habitación

The hotel is well located, and I received excellent service from the staff. I'm very happy that they preserve the hotel not just as a hotel, but as a historical museum. However, the bathroom in my room needs renovation, including the faucets, bathtub, light switches, and toilet.

My stay was very pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and helpful for anything we needed or asked for. The neighborhood is lively and full of great shopping and food options. When we dined at the hotel, the food was delicious and well-priced. If I come back to La Ciudad de Mexico, I will certainly be looking to stay here again.
