一間自1907年落成至今的歷史悠久酒店，但基本上毫無維護，地毯很舊，所有設備都很舊，一進房間有很重的臭味，令人不適，強烈建議酒店應該要停止接收新的客人並進行一次大改造，也強烈建議所有想訂此酒店的客人改訂別間，千萬不要訂這間，你絕對會後悔。 除此之外，入住第一天房間內沒有飲用水、沒有抽取式衛生紙，第二天整理房間才補上，我住了四晚，每天打掃人員都會留下一些清潔用具忘了帶走，很不專業；酒店人員看到客人不打招呼，不友善，不幫忙，整體服務令人相當失望。 總結來說，原本只想給一顆星，多的部分是對這間超過百年酒店的尊重。

旅館具歷史性，很豪華有格調。 房間略小，稍嫌老舊。 地點很方便

走进酒店的大厅，就像走进一座博物馆。让我真切第感受到酒店一百多年的历史和酒店高品质的服务。如果你是第一次来墨西哥城，体验日内瓦酒店应该是优先的选择。

Excellent location in Zona Rosa, old hotel already. This was my 2nd time to stay, rooms can use some updating though. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location and great place to stay! This was a centric near to every place you need to move in Mexico. The hotel has a great sense of history and had great experience, surely I’ll visit again!

Un excelente Buffet en el Veranda Bistró y muy buenos desayunos en Buenos Díaz y con el plus de tener el mejor Lobby de la CDMX. Además de contar con una base de taxis Seguros para los huéspedes del Hotel.

I loved staying here. The hotel itself is beautiful and they preserved its history well. Room was quiet even though it looked onto the street. I enjoyed both restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here next time I visit Mexico City.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Excellent location and rooms had a charming vintage look about them. Stayed for 7 days and did not hear any noise at night as other reviews mentioned. Would recommend and stay here again!
