综合评分和评论 Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive

This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood.

Generally good ,The room and the surrounding environment are clean and quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the room, and those shower gels, which are either not available or difficult to squeeze out.

For an “upgrade” fee ($$$) from regular to Concierge, i honestly didn't see a Big difference. No perks at all. If we did at the end of the stay. Room flooded one night. ATM out of service all 5 nights at the location. But Lobby Staff and RESTAURANT, AMAZING. My respect to all. Mainly Emilio at Pacos Tacos & Staff at El Pescador. Sorry but if you all wish to have customers satisfied, Laura from concierge at from desk at the time In building 21, HORRIBLE service, rood, not helpful. Bad tone when speaking and i know plenty would dislike her service. Sorry not sorry but i would work on how she helps your guest. Otherwise we shall be back with the family next year. Thanks

The people the food the nature the cleaning guy the one was on charge of my room did my stay very good because make an awesome job every day.Well everything was fine to have a wonderful vacation

Nice hote for families,

I really liked the beach because it didnt have sargassum big plus during this time of year. What I didnt like was that they were playing bingo and raffles in the beach area which i think should be done in auditorium or other areas. Beach area should be for music. I did appreciate room upgrade in our last night but wish it would of been done at least 2 nights to make it more enjoyable. Pools were nice as well as service.

It was beautiful, the weather was great, food was so yummy, performances were so fun, and we had a great time for our first time in the area!!!

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff did an amazing job keeping the cove area clear and in general amazing kind staff. The food options could have been better. Finding Bacon for breakfast was like the hunger games. Rooms held a lot of moisture.

You need To make a reservation to dinner

Occidental is very beautiful unfortunately they are limited with food options and we got sick from it

Staff was friendly and very helpful with getting you wherever you needed to go. Would 100% stay here again.

THIS IS MY 3ER TIME HERE...IT CHANGE A LOT ..NO CLEAN , EVERYONE IN MY GROUP GOT SICK FROM FOOD , ROOM WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING FOR 2 DAYS , SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, THE HOTEL LOCATION AND AMENITIES' ARE GREAT BUT SERVICE WENT DOWN A LOT

Muy bonita propiedad muy cerca de Xcaret. La comida estuvo bien , los shows mas o menos, mucho espacio para acomodar a todos los ocupantes.

La atención fue buena, la alberca y playa súper limpias, el agua de la alberca es cálida, los shows están muy bonitos y hay varias actividades en el hotel todo el día. La comida está rica, pero si me gustaría más opciones en el buffet.

Pues es muy agradable, estar ahí en la playa o restaurantes, pero también lo que no me gustó, parece ser que tienen problemas con la tubería, ya que el agua sabe óxido y en la mañana cuando se lava uno de los dientes se mira cafésosa las puertas, se escucha todo afuera esta mañana que salimos y cada mañana era igual con las personas caminando por los pasillos muchísimo ruido y se escucha todo por dentro, esas dos cosas son muy importantes que pensaron en ello

The resort is beautiful the staff is friendly. All inclusive does not include the coffee bar or some items in the menus or the vip areas. you have to pay out of pocket. Also they do not have lotion or conditioner you’ll have to buy that too. The water in the shower would go out and come out cold. The hot water runs out quick and pack pants because they are required in the formal “you have to RSVP” restaurants.

Pretty disappointed in the service and food. I will not be coming back to this resort
