First room was too hot as they don’t have working ac but was moved to a different room and was great Spa is very nice and if you pay for the extra club level you get free drinks and snacks make sure you talk to Herman he is a legend

The hotel is historic and is nicely renovated. My room, a deluxe category room, was well appointed and large. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was disappointed that the room overlooked an interior atrium and did not have a view to the outside or access to natural light. Given the layout of the hotel, this seems to be the case for a majority of the rooms. The furnishings showed a bit of wear. I felt the service was a bit cold and impersonal, probably a result of being such a big hotel.

very attentive staff, luxurious decor, the most comfortable bedding and a perfect location. Topped off with a private elevator right down to the Royal Spa. One of my hotels anywhere.

The room was spacious and set within a stunning building. All the staff were friendly and helpful and our stay made very comfortable. Transport links are very close by, however walking within the city is easy too. Would highly recommend.

Great breakfast but very busy. Hard to find a table, they ran out of coffeecups, Our waiter was busy speaking to french guests instead of clearing tables. Inside main room, great service, in the outer hall poor service and in extra rooms no service has to get coffee in papercups.

The service was amazing and the hotel is beautiful!
