The room was clean but there was no safe, fridge, phone, drawers and not enough clothes hangers. Breakfast is very good, location is excellent with lovely view

We arrived on 30 June 2023 and departed on 5 July. Room did not get serviced until 4 July, WE had to request a toilet roll from reception! Frankly not good enough!

They all had smiley faces perfect treatment

Very helpful and friendly receptionist. Lovely room with a nice view of yhe river. Great location at a reasonable price.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, big and clean and had a nice view over the water. Very central location, close to nice restaurants and only a short walk to the train station.

Rummet kändes tråkigt då inga tavlor eller någon sådant. Duschblandaren behöver definitivt en uppgradering. Mycket trevlig personal och frukost utbud!

Bokade familjerum för två vuxna och två barn. Det var bra iordningställt med en dubbelsäng samt två utdragssoffor (som blev jättebra barnsängar då armstöden på soffan fungerade som skydd från att ramla ur). Bra Corona-ordnat med frukosten där man kunde plocka på sig en påse frukost (fylla själv med det man vill) eller äta i matsalen om man hellre ville det.

The hotel was - as it name suggests - comfortable! I was able to park right outside (although more parking is available in a nearby garage) The rooms were clean and functional, There was Sky News, but no BBC news on the TV. Breakfast was good, a wide range of fresh fruit, coffee, meat and hot food.

Very accommodating, clean room, welcoming staff and thank you to the lovely receptionist who let us have a later check out time.

This is a very nice hotel in the center of town. You can walk to anything you need. The lobby/bar is a nice area to relax.

The hotel in general was very good but the bathroom smelt continuously of sewage

Perfectly situated hotel right beside the river in Eskilstuna. And we loved the walks along the riverside. The hotel was fine with good service. A slick of paint would certainly freshen up the exterior.

Everything was pretty good except internet. The service minded staff did their best to make my stay a good one. The room were spacious, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was OK but not better than the hotel next door where I usually stay. I liked that they had some snacks to buy if you get hungry. The big minus is that WIFI DOESN'T WORK!! I even got a 4G device to help me in my room as I mentioned that the Wifi was useless and this device was equally bad. I was completely unable to connect my work computer to internet or my phone, not do any work, not be able to do anything at all that required internet. So next day I needed to switch hotels so that I could get some work done.

One person in particular, Marie from Gothenburg, on the Reception Desk went far out of her way to make our stay at the hotel a fulfilling experience. We needed a rental car on a Friday to attend a funeral, and Hertz and Avis were no help. Marie found just the car we wanted, had it delivered to the hotel, and arranged for the pick up the following Monday after we had returned to Stockholm. Others on the desk were very good about getting us messages from family members in Eskilstuna and Stockholm. Great service!
