Well located, good value

The smell in the room wasn't pleasant.

Majority of the staff were friendly. Hotel was very clean. Very good if you are exploring Santo Domingo.

The was very nice the beds were very very comfortable

Staff was very nice, however the carpet in the room smelled weird and I wanted to heat up some food I had but them told me No I couldn’t do that and that they didn’t heat up food there because they didn’t have a microwave

I reported the toilet was broken in my room, they had me wait for the “plumber”. The “plumber” took 15 minutes fixing it and said it was fine. I left and returned late night to a flooded bathroom
