This is a perfect place to stay! The staff are lovely and they take a lot of pride in this hotel clearly.

Very nice accommodations and helpful staff. The location is great. We would definitely stay there again, but would have to find out how to operate the shower. Two of us could not figure out how to adjust temperature. We were only there one night and had to catch a flight.

I really like this hotel! This is my second visit to Quebec and we stayed here both times. The rooms are very nice, beds comfortable, and the location is just perfect for all our walks around the old city. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If I come back, I will book here again and I have already recommended the hotel to friends and family.

Beautifully appointed rooms, staff were friendly and quick to help. Did not have breakfast but the selections looked lovely.

Only walkable to one cruise port, not the one Princess uses

This hotel was a splurge for us. The quality was excellent, but cost about $330 a night after taxes. The fine attention to detail — such as excellent-quality toiletries, very comfortable bathrobes, a large walk-in shower, and very comfortable bed — were much appreciated. We did not opt for the in-house breakfast for $26 each and not included in our Expedia price, nor the valet parking at $40/day. A good multilevel parking lot is 2 1/2 blocks away, where the second night of barely 12 1/2 hours cost $18.20. The first night we lucked out parking on the street for about $9 for 6-9 pm and free until 9 am. The location is excellent for the Basse Ville as well as a short climb to all of the Haut Ville. We walked most of it twice in one day.

Shower didn’t work but they moved us to a different room right away.

A estadia foi excelente. O hotel é muito bem localizado, o quarto é grande e confortável, tudo arrumado. Único apontamento é o acesso ao banheiro, que conta com dois degraus perigosos.
