Clean, close to airport. If with not much luggage, can walk through the car packing area.

The property is renovated. The area doesn't seem safe.

Place looks ok but the staff is no good for nothing. My tv did not work , they did not clean my room sccond day when I ask they told me I have to request service how the hell I know no one told me that. I will post it on social media about my experience no no one will waste money on this property.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. They had the worse customer service. Did not help with anything. Something as little as bringing extra towels when needed was such an inconvenience to them. I will never stay there again.

the stay was comfortable for what i needed, i do believe the “breakfast” should be revamped or better described in the booking details, honestly not worth mentioning in the booking details.

Great value for being so close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice folks!

Clean and cheap

The rooms were very clean. But the breakfast sucked.

The room was ok and I say ok because of how I didn’t have a choice but to pay attention to every detail the microwave was dirty , not all of the coffee amenities was there , the tub still had water stains on the faucet nobs , the closet door was broken and only one worked headboard had a hole,but yelling don’t damage . The check in experience was terrible drove 4 hours to get yelled at by the front desk lady about no smoking in the room and to not take anything . Gave me a hard time about paying my deposit in cash (which they had a sign that said we could use cash) because apparently we look like thieves and people who would smoke in the room !! I felt uncomfortable how much she grilled us like we have done this before But I will say I will NEVER be back ! Didn’t really enjoy being in the room because I felt like the rude front desk lady ruined that experience had me feeling like my items wasn’t safe in the room . Luckily the only day we didn’t have to deal with her was check out . Guy didn’t ask much just handed us our deposit said thank you and he didn’t say anything back . We came to celebrate and relax for my boyfriend birthday and thanks to quality suites it was the complete opposite!! I should of chose a different hotel but at that point my money wouldn’t of been refundable and I refuse to give a hotel free money . Our stay SUCKED! I recorded the room before we brought our things in , was on alert the entire stay!

Very rude and unprofessional. I will never be staying here again

The hotel is okay if you're staying for a night. The sheets in my hotel room were stained and of cheap quality. I booked the king bed with a pull-out sofa bed. The sheets and blankets for that were put in a bag in the closet. When I took it out I found a hair in it on the blanket. During my stay, I requested the front desk to call housekeeping and request sheets and towels but they were not attentive to me. I had to ask multiple times. The windows had blinds but no curtains. The pillows are also tucked into squares. At first I thought they were throw pillows and slept on them the first night, it was very uncomfortable. I later discovered that the pillows were regular and needed to be flattened, however I was not told this by any hotel staff. Overall my experience was okay but I would not stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and bed was so comfortable! Big perk of being right by the airport if you’re needing somewhere to stay before or after a flight. Highly recommend!

Great service, clean, comfortable and quiet… just what we needed

There was an issue with the room when checking in but the front desk worker made it right immediately. This is a nice spot when you have an early morning flight out of Hobby.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was bigger than i expected. It was also very quiet for being so close to the airport. We would stay again.

Decent place to stay for a couple of nights. Cleanliness and room AC could be improved.
