很不错的一家酒店，前天接待极为热情，特别是一个意大利的那个女服务人员，详细介绍当地情况，并且非常痛快地让我们提前入住。酒店餐饮也不错，所以晚餐就在此解决。

This is basically a perfect choice of an excellent hotel with very warm services, good facilities and convenient location. It would be even better if a water boiler can be provided inside the room and the shower water can be hotter.

The hotel looks nice and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Just that the location is not near the Venice island, and it takes time to take bus (around 20-30 mins including waiting time). We were in a hurry on the last day to go to the airport, and it was quite frustating to wait no7 bus to be back to hotel for taking the luggage. Yet the staff is very informative and suggested and helped us call a taxi.

The hotel is like an oasis in an otherwise boring neighborhood and a great escape from the bustle of Venezia. It is situated in a lush green garden but yet benefits from a bus stop across the street at which the no 7 bus (to Venezia) stops. It is also within walking distance to the Mestre train station. The staff at the hotel are amazingly friendly and helpful. From the receptionists at the check-in counter, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff, all of them are eager to help. On hearing our desire to visit Padova, a receptionist volunteered to print out the train schedule from Mestre to Padova and to provide detailed information on the different types of trains and Padova sights for us. A restaurant staff declined to take a tip for bringing ice to our room and reiterated to us the importance for us to feel welcomed. The rooms are basic but very clean and tidy. The hotel boasts a Michelin star restaurant and the food there is excellent (and not that expensive either). I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great. One of the better buffets I've had. Lots of fresh fruit and options. Staff was incredibly nice. They even left me a birthday card, flowers and earrings. Incredible!

Clean small hotel, few meters away from bus stop travel time to venice 25 minutes by bus. 7 minutes away from venezia mestre railway station.
