Staff: 6 stars - every single staff member was very helpful and kind! Breakfast: 5 stars - plenty of variety Value: 5 stars - great location, and a great price Room: 3 stars - strong unpleasant odor coming from shower drain, but quickly got used to it. Older TV didn't HDMI input. Overall: 4 stars - still one of the best values in Salamanca

I love Salamanca and the staff here are so helpful. I wish I could make a coffee in the room.

Great position in the centre of the city

Good location, with Plaza Mayor, etc, within an easy walk. Lovely park alongside the hotel. Staff were great. Pleasant and very obliging. Breakfast OK but not great.

En general la estancia ha estado bien. No me gustó mucho el baño-cabina justito. Buena atención del personal y desayuno buffet bueno. Situación a 10 min. del centro.

Personeel was fijn en bezienswaardigheden, supermarkten zijn op loopstand.

Hi. Excellent stay here park just over the road with an excellent doggy play area. Really close to all the sightseeing. Basement parking very handy, tight spaces but no problem.

Convenient for city centre. Car park a nightmare as very tight!

Localização boa, facil chegar aos ptos de interesse, o quarto apertado, dificil acesso ao armário em função da 3a cama (que não usamos) e o banheiro muito compacto.

Vriendelijke dames bij de receptie. Hond was welkom. Kamer schoon met goed bed. Prima ontbijt. Gelegen aan een prachtig park en op loopafstand van het historisch centrum.

Hôtel idéalement situé tout près du centre historique et accessible à pied en 20 mn. Parking en souterrain. Très bon accueil en français de notre hôtesse. Chambre manquant cependant de luminosité (1er étage avec vis à vis) mais fonctionnelle pour un séjour d’une nuit. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner correct. Salamanque était sur notre route pour l’Andalousie. Aucun regret de nous être arrêtés dans cet hôtel au calme, d’autant que la ville est magnifique.

It was great stay with family and dog, we could also eat breakfast at the lobby seating area with our dog. Walking distance to the old town, not much noise at night. Just one thing, there was no power socket available close to bed, not so convenient at night charging my phones.
