The Staff of hotel is Very kind

The highlight of this hotel is the location & it 's scheduled airport transfer back & forth to Schiphol-not for long stay. When we arrive around 11pm, the elevator was broken so we have to carry bags to the 5th floor with steep stairway. And still not working the next morning and we have to bring down bags again. The breakfast is alright with selection of hams & cheese.

Good staff, kind, honest, good location, bus every 30 minutes available, room clean, TV channel OK, the best. Like Best Western Plus hotel

Hotel nyaman dekat dengan bandara dan tersedia bus gratis pp bandara.

Lumayan, tapi agak spooky, dan terlalu banyak pintu yang harus diakses sehingga tidak memudahkan orang yang membawa koper banyak.

Location nearby Schipol Airport, transfer airport to hotel every 30 minute is free, very nice, room is clean, excellent of wifi, a good staff, be kind, check in process was so fast, all of all that hotel was very good. Be nice to transit this hotel. Love this hotel, next will be in there again.

Room was dirty. They did not clean the room at all. They just put new towels every day, and that 's all. All reception staff is not friendly. Bad service. Definitely will not coming back in the future.

Kamarnya ternyata cukup luas apalagi dengan kami yang setelah perjalanan eurotrip dengan koper-koper besar. cukup lega. Ke hotel bisa naik shuttle dan berangkat setiap 30 jam sekali baik dari schipol maupun dari hotel. Cocok banget buat kita yang pengin menginap satu malam karena mengejar pesawat pagi keesokannya. Dan lokas hotelnya dekat dengan McD! sangat bagus untuk direkomendasikan.

Staff tidak ramah sejak kami datang. Tidak bisa beri dispensasi karena ada anak ketiga. Padahal 3 hari yg lalu kami bisa masuk sekeluarga (ortu dan 3 anak). Hari ini kami disuruh tambah buka kamar baru. Sehingga budget tambah sejuta. Sebaiknya cari hotel yang family room sehingga tidak seperti dikompas di awal karenamereka tricky. Lift ada dua dan kecil tidak cukup berempat sehingga kurang nyaman.

you get what you pay... plus point: shuttle bus to the airport per 30 minutes, room is large, mcD about 50 meters away, minus point: room kind of old and it LL be nicer if the receptionist smiles more :)
