All in all a pleasant experience. Great location, clean hotel, and staff very friendly. Cannot fault.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located walking distance to the old town. The rooms were big enough (we had a cot in ours) and clean. Everything we needed for a night or two. Also the breakfast was fantastic and included in the room rate. Very impressed for the price. Parking on site

Great overall, AC didn’t seem to work and the windows opened only about 2-3 cm.

It’s an okay hotel. Quite convenient for visiting the city as the transport link is at the doorstep. Staff were helpful but felt they do only the must. Cleanliness of the room were just acceptable, it looks like a very used hotel which requires a refurbishment soon.

The hotel rooms did not have a fridge, microwave, iron / ironing board. The rooms did not have complimentary toiletries. The hotel did not have parking

Stayed for one night on a motorcycle trip. Kindly allowed us to put 2 bikes in one space and they were out of sight so happy to pay for this. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the main centre, if you walk in the right direction !!! The one thing I was concerned about was in the morning there were 2 youngsters lying in one of the corridors, charging their phones from a socket on the wall. Now I have no idea if they were guests but why would you lay in the corridor if you had paid for a bed.

15 min walk to Grote market center

It is wholly unhelpful to have a shift change over at the same time as check-in opens. You do not have to be a genius to work that out. We arrived a few minutes before check-in and were asked to take a seat and wait. A group of people enter immediately after us and we're checked strait in. Tables in the reception area remained littered in rubbish for several hours. The facilities are good but the staff not great.

Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room has only one set of towel/ hand and face towel. Very good view from the back. Close to the harbor. Not a bad overnight stay. And it includes breakfast. Would have been nice if they had a shuttle to take you to the train station.

Easy to get to. Close by to places. Clean simple room, perfect for our overnight stay.

We loved this part of the city, it’s in front of the tram station, close to central and the back of the hotel is gorgeous
