Poorly kept, mold was on our walls as there is no a/c and it’s very humid and wet area. Before arriving we called to see if they recommended anyone for taxi service they gave us a number call we waited 40 min at the airport for him he never showed we ended up finding one at the airport then upon arriving to the hotel checkin they said the taxi service we needed to pay 100$ cause he did show up we went back and forth for a while and i said i would call and sort it myself before they allowed us to check in to our room and we didn’t get there until 9 so by that time it was 10 and we were exhausted after a long day of traveling. Other than that the pool and drinks were nice.

Property needs to be upgraded and have better service.

No air conditioning in the room because I was penalized for using Expedia. The water in the shower was barely lukewarm and dribbled out. The parking lot at night was loud with motorcycles racing around. Unsympathetic staff who didn’t care when I said that I should not be penalized for Not getting a room with air-conditioning because I didn’t book through them personally.

Property may be a resort in terms of a 3rd world country, but by no means worth the money. Very very old. Built in the 70s most likely, and saying it's a hot springs resort is a stretch. Very disappointing.

Need I lot of maintenance, ac unit on the room very old and noisy, the bathroom very abandoned. Food was not good at all.

I loved the large thermal water pool, and my husband loved the steam room, warm pool and cool pool. We also liked being in an environment with the majority of people being Costaricense, as we weren't interested in an exclusive tourist resort.

Good stay. Loud takling in front ot room 5 all night especially bad at 1am with a group of girls. Then loud music at 5am.

Our family of 5 had a great stay! Staff was very friendly, breakfast included was delicious and fresh, and the location and setting is stunning! The hot-spring pool is open 24 hours and the property has multiple pools, a sauna and a beautiful hike through the gorgeous grounds with a waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There is no hot water, air conditioner barely works. The staff in the restaurant and laundry are great, however the front desk reception staff are terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The hotel rooms and rest rooms are very old.

Very clean but looks old needs renovation. Near by two trails of 2 km to hike on and hot water pools. Good location to get out of town to spend time in the property in a forest. Our family really liked the stay, breakfast and dinner.

The river and pools was the best part.

La habitación bien, pero mucho ruido en la mañana muy temprano. Personal de operaciones y mantenimiento con el radio a todo volumen, uno se entera de todo y no logra dormir.

They are at is beautiful, but some areas need attention. It needs some TLC

The property is scenic, surrounded by beautiful forest area and a creek. The hot springs and pools make this a nice place to stay. The rooms need alot of maintenance and updating. For example, the bathroom is extremely outdated, bathtub had a crack in it, the bathroom sink was falling apart, and the tile work needed caulking as well as updating. There was black mold everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Not a very clean hotel. Staff was nice in the restaurant.

Jordan from the pool bar was amazing. Everything we needed, he was able to help us with. Our stay would not have been the same without him.

Beautiful property, with some wonderful hot springs. Be sure to check them out along the river not only the manmade pools. Rooms were nice but ours was a bit dated and loud as we were close to the pools and restraunt. Food in the restraunt wasnt the best but was cheap. Great restraunts a few minutes down the road worth driving too.

It was nice. Air condition in the room would have been nice. I could have swore the description said it had it .. but not my room. Television was really small.
