The staff were wonderful. Upon getting to the rooms, we found the toilet dirty with vomit. The staff were very prompt to clean it when we notified them. The breakfast was average. The rooms need updating. Our children opted to sleep on the floor rather than the pull out bed, as there were so many springs sticking through. It was very nice to have a microwave in the room- such a rare thing these days

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, you have control all night with your A/C fan. Breakfast buffet was great, very kid friendly. Staff were pleasant and professional. 5 stars for us.

Rooms were run down, several broken tiles in the bathroom. But the bed was comfortable and the pool was great

Breakfast does not have a good selection, bath tubs are bath fitter over the original tubs. Front desk staff in helpful. Walls are paper thin. If you go there, make sure you go on the fourth floor or you will be up all night.

The staff here were amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating. Only bummer, it was -30 outside and the hot tub was out of service for our entire 4 day stay.

Paid for a double queen room that wasnt even available at the hotel. Charged $204 for one night. Had to pay hotel an additional $20 for a standard queen room. People staying in floor above partying all night and around 2am 3 woman knocking on our door. Staff offered no compensation. Hotel was run down and not looked after. Expedia sucks also even though expedia says no cancelation allowed well how does that apply to a room advertised not being available at the facility? Would highly not recomend there i paid over $225 for a room the hotel said usually charges $137/night.

Hot tub Out of service, a notification that it was down prior to arrival would be nice… woken numerous times from other patrons running hallways and talking loud in middle of night

Everything was good. However, the pool was smaller than it looked on the photos. It’s more for smaller kids.

The pool and waterslide is great for little kids. It was enjoyable. Room was nice but if there is little kids above you, you will probably hear their footsteps of them running around
