The rooms were excellent and clean. The staff was super nice and as I was leaving they were still setting up for breakfast and I wanted a bagel. The staff was exceptionally nice and gave me one of his personal bagels. That’s what I call SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again

Only issue was the price change from when I booked the hotel to when I actually stayed. It went up a little. But overall, excellent. Staff from the front desk are actually very friendly.

Quality and price

This is a great hotel with friendly staff, a good location with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. I was in town for a quick night so this was a short trip for me but the hotel had all the amenities I needed/wanted. Check in and out was fast, employees were friendly and helpful and the bed and pillows were very comfy! The room had a very large TV and while the decor was a bit outdated, it was fine. I didn’t have the complimentary breakfast but they do have a nice dining area and free coffee and tea all day/ night. The lobby is nicely appointed and they have a small area to buy soda, energy drinks, juice, water and I think I even saw a pretty decent selection of alcohol. Like most Best Westerns, this was a pretty decent hotel all in all. I would definitely stay here again, should I find myself in the area.

Its the halfway point of our trip, and the second time we stayed here! Comfy clean rooms, excellent staff, and a great breakfast! We will be bacj!

Highly recommend. I've spent the past 2 weekends at different hotels and the difference was vast. The other one was so loud! You could hear everything in the halls and on the floors above. This one was nice and quiet, even though it was booked to capacity. You get a ticket for breakfast, which you give to the cook and order your choice of pancakes or french toast with bacon or sausage or eggs, potatoes, and choice of meat. Toast, muffins, fruit, and cereal were also available. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. Insider note: it didn't cost much more to book the room that said "multiple beds", so I selected it without taking time to research what it meant. I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 KING sized beds!

April 11- 14th. This hotel was just okay for our stay of 3 days. Pros: Made to order breakfast, and close to a lot of stores, and restaurants. Cons: There's not a lot of room for a family more than 4. Also on the second day our room didn't get clean. Overall we wouldn't stay again but if your looking for something affordable and close to stores and restaurants I say give it shot to get the experience for yourself.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have booked this hotel for 5 years or so every single year for horse fair. Love this place so much. Location is great, dining options are amazing, absolutely always feel safe in this area. Highly recommend staying here. I can’t ever remember the guys name that checks me in but he truly is the best. Always remembers me. See you again next year!

Really like the the made to order breakfasts Easy on/ off the expressway. Friendly staff.

Building was well maintained and there was a nice breakfast area which was available most of the day and evening for gathering with friends.

The early morning gentleman at the front desk was so incredibly sweet and helpful. I just couldn't have asked for anyone nicer or more knowledgeable.
