First thing first, this hotel is no longer a Best Western, they have gone separate way. However, the room was good: Clean, spacious, and comfy. Although the access to the room I was assigned to was not convenient enough. The hotel had few buildings, I was assigned on the back side of the complex, building 7, 3rd floor. To get there, I have to find an elevator on the other side of the building and go around back to the front side of the building to reach the room. Or I need to climb the stairs from the front side 3 floors up, which I didn’t want to do with all the luggages that I have. The building and the elevator looked outdated, but the room was okay. Huge parking space, so no worry about finding parking. The breakfast included was okay, the usual American breakfast. Location was good, on a major street with plenty good Chinese restaurants nearby. Staffs were friendly. I wouldn’t have chosen the hotel if there was no Best Western name on it, however now that I have stayed there, I will stay there again. Overall, it exceeded my expectation without big hotel chain name, so do give it a chance.
