Bedbugs. I stayed two nights and got a lot of bedbug bites on the second night. I know that bedbugs are really hard to get rid of. But still I got about 20 bites and they are so itchy. Other than bedbugs, the hotel was generally okay. The location is good. Its parking lot is very nice and convenient. Staffs are good. Property condition is not good but okay.

The location by the harbour is great for a walk, but away from the main sights. The hotel is old and in need of renovation, the balcony doors provide no soundproofing to the road or airport outside. The rooms were clean but cramped. The bed was comfortable. There is no in room safe but a safe deposit box is available on request at reception. "The fitness centre" is a treadmill, elliptical, a broken bench and assorted dumbbells under 50lbs. There was a small pool but it was well used when we were there so didn't go in. Staff overall were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a rotation of hot food daily.

Our stay was okay, nothing grand. Used the pool with my little ones, they loved it. Breakfast was not the greatest. Breakfast area is too small. The hotel was nice and quiet, we were able to sleep well.

We checked in around 5pm, and we got a handicap room on the 1st floor prior to 2 weeks ahead of time reservation, and we were told it’s a first come first serve hotel. Bathroom was horrible, pool was filthy, breakfast terrible, staff cooperation was disappointing. Kudos to the photographer for posting beautiful pictures on line :((((

Great stay! Super clean, no issues!

Comfortable beds, it was nice to have a balcony and it was close to restaurants and coffee shops. Not far from the airport.

The facilities were clean does need to be updated a little bit but that is all just looks. The room was clean. It was a bit loud at night. Not sure if it was cars racing though. The breakfast was good. The parking was good i have a big vehicle and had no problem parking in the garage. The staff was very nice. Overall was a nice stay. My view from my room was nice.

From start to finsh this hotel was just not worthy of evening stay. We walked in, everything was so bad, we just walked out and checked out. Avoid.

Clean and quiet room. Parking is free as well as the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Picked this place because of the free parking and breakfast. They have a fantastic breakfast spread. Room was fine except the patio door didn’t close properly and I had to fight with it every night to close. Would have just left it open but the road was noisy.

The location is convenient and has nice spots across the street. Breakfast is decent. I didn’t use the pool but it looked ok. Staff were mostly friendly, one guy was kind of strange but everyone else was nice enough. The room and hallway all smelled musty and of stale cigarette smoke either from the balcony or remnants from before I’m not sure but it was quite potent.

Good location just across the road from the harbour and free parking is a very good perk. Rooms are looking a little run down but that is perhaps factored into the lower price for the area. Our room claimed to have a balcony and the pictures on our Expedia booking had chairs on it, but our actual room ‘balcony’ was far too small to fit a chair and more of a guard rail to prevent falling from the open doors. Only three rooms had this style balcony. We enquired about this but were told that we should have booked an upgraded room with either harbour or maintain view in order to have chairs on the balcony. The receptionist claimed this was an error by Expedia and that the pictures were incorrect- Disappointing as we were staying for four nights and wanted to be able to use the balcony. We asked to pay to upgrade but the receptionist came across as rather dismissive and said the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was very good but the seating area is small and was always full for the four mornings we were there. People were waiting for tables and/or sitting outside on the pool side tables and sun loungers. No complimentary coffee available outside of breakfast hours. Disappointingly the pool looked a rather green tinge and so our children decided not to use it. Overall it is a nice area that seemed very safe even at night time.
