The staff was helpful in solving the issue while the event in the old city forbids any taxi coming in to pick us up. She was resourceful in getting an electric bike and get our luggage and then ourselves to the train station.

酒店在一個古城內。古城外有很多車位，酒店附近有很多餐廳和店舖，還有超市。我在巴黎住過同一名的酒店，在這裡住的也十分滿意，我相信同名的其它也不錯。酒店早餐和服務也滿意。很希望再度來些酒店再住。

No estaba muy limpia la habitación, el hotel está muy bien ubicado pero no les recomiendo si vienen en automóvil, la llegada es por calles con mucha gente caminando.

Hotellets läge är jättebra. Mitt i gamla stan bland restauranger och butiker. Nära stadsmuren och en av dess portar. Frukosten kostade 20€/person och var tyvärr inte prisvärd.

Bon séjour et très bon emplacement, super accueil, hôtel très bien entretenu, matelas un peu ferme et dur.

Others complained of maintenance issues although we didn’t have a problem. They offer us a complimentary non alcoholic drinks voucher however then charges us upon check out for the drinks. If parking make sure you’re familiar with the prices and also note it’s tight streets. The staff also keep your car keys and move your car to allow other cars out

Excellent location and helpful staff but small rooms

great location right in the centre of the ramparts. Staff very helpful. only complaint is that the air conditioning was not working in the evening on a very warm night but was working first thing in the morning.

The staff is lovely, very responsive and helpful and the hotel is clean, however triple room was really tiny it was hard to walk around each other or find a place for luggage. Also unfortunately the hotel was loud. We could hear guests stomping above us, people coughing in the next room, and the sounds from the street. It’s not soundproof. We asked for a larger room but they offered us one on the third day and we ultimately didn’t want to pack and move. That room was bigger and quieter but looked at a wall.

Stayed in a family room with 2 adults, 1 teen & 1 child. The room was small but there was a king-size bed and a trundle bed, so plenty of room to sleep. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel so the size was not an issue. The Air conditioning worked well. Location was also great - easy to walk anywhere and allowed us to pop in and out as needed. Would stay here again.

Vi hadde et flott opphold. Beliggenhet helt topp innenfor bymuren. Vi parkerte rett utenfor muren, og det fungerte helt fint. Nydelig frokost med blant annet ferskpresset juice.

Excelente localização em S. Malo. Hotel boutique novo. Quarto bem espaçoso. Ótimo chuveiro.

Clean and well-maintained. Room was cramped but there were sufficient sleeping options for a family of 4. Ultimately expensive for what you get. (after taxes it was close to 400Euro/night) Standard breakfast; nothing special.
