Great room, and location. Service and food was great

Room was clean and comfortable, a little small but it was fine. We had burgers which were very average, they tasted like frozen burgers but in the oven, very disappointing. There was also no where to make tea or coffee in your room or a fridge to cool your drinks or food. It was fine but I expected more from a 4 star hotel

The absense of parking or a drop off area really is an issue at this hotel as others say. Parking on a weekend is extremely difficult. Lack of porter service to assist with luggage make this really a 3 star hotel. Carrying luggage in rain across town is a drawback.

The staff was amazing. We were refunded because there were multiple stains on our pillows and towels but the staff was very nice and comped our stay. Killarney is beautiful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Spotless hotel , absolutely lovely! Helpful staff, close to everything in town walking! Comfortable bed and duvet, lovely sitting rooms, big bathtub and great linens!

Beautiful central hotel. Staff was kind and very efficient.

Room was spotless and the hotel is in an amazing location central to the bars and high street - we had a problem with the heating in our room but the issue was resolved quickly. Breakfast in the hotel was nice and the staff helpful and friendly - will visit again

Very clean room, very affordable

Dinner in this hotel was excellent. Food was so tasty and great value for money.

Parking is not close to hotel. About a 10 min walk. There is no way to pull car up and unload bags. So don’t book this hotel if you can’t get your luggage down very bumpy sidewalk for ten min walk. Hotel walls are so thin you hear snoring of neighboring rooms and everyone walking down hallways. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, but they can’t improve these noise and parking problems.

Not a bad experience. Staff was great, hotel lobby and room were clean. There is shopping, coffee, and food right next door. Property is close to several other restaurants and attractions in the area that you can walk to. The only problem is that everything is very old. I felt like I was staying at the hotel in the movie the shining. Rooms and bathrooms are straight from the 1970’s. Like I said, not a bad experience but everything does need to be renovated.
