Absolutely disgusting! Checked out within the hour. Hair on the sheets and bugs on the nightstand, coming through the door since it didn’t close well, on the baseboards and trim. Looking and probably going to have to fight for our money back. Will NEVER go back and it left a gross taste in my mouth for Best Westerns as a whole!

Some areas need some attention. Door to room has to be lifted and wedged to be opened or closed. It is so very loud. Got locked in bathroom. Handle for shower fell off upon first use. AC struggles. Great things are the beds are so comfortable, nice size rooms and bathroom. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Locations was great. We had Summer sports weekend in NB. Older BW - the rooms smelled pretty musty. The kiddos kept commenting. Appreciated the fresh towels and trash changing. Kids loved the shower. Could tell it was an older location, but did the job. The ladies we saw working were nice. And the breakfast area was very clean and tidy. Thanks

Experience was good, staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to the locations we were going to.

Outdoor rooms were along feeder of freeway and did not appear safe, so upgraded to inside room # 210 for additional $20. However, was not safe either because door had a hard time locking when exiting room, had to open and close multiple times to engage. Tried to use outlet behind bedside table and plates were not secure and wires exposed, along with much food and other debris behind bed. AC worked well, but could see gaps to outside building through the unit....wet sheetrock surrounding AC unit and shower.....lady working desk was nice but I will not stay again.

Our room was clean and the staff was polite. Breakfast was good. No issues with our key cards. Our neighbors were smoking a lot of weed and very loud.

Stayed for a three day vacation to Schlitterbahn. The drive from the hotel to Schlitterbahn was about 6 minutes which was great. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast aswell.

It was good nice people clean, free breakfastm smoke alarm kept beeping changed batteries 3 times they came the next morning beeping stopped for a couple hours then went back to beeping again no Internet to watch Netflix but other then that it was good and of I come back I'll stay there.

Tub was clogged. Water filled up around my ankles shortly after getting in the shower. Room felt stuffy. Ac wasn’t cooling properly.
