Great stay once again

The hotel is very clean and well situated and the food is great.

Well it’s perfect for catching the ferry (when it’s running). Great parking and location excellent. The hotel is fine and everything was clean - but the main complaint we had was the bed. Basically the double mattress had had its day. So about the worst two nights sleep we’ve ever had. The single beds looked better. Breakfast at £15 pp seems a bit high especially when cult coffee over the road has amazing food and coffee. Not sure there was a lift.

Room was freshly decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent

Staff extremely courteous and friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate, food for dinner was excellent.

Great restaurant, French chef. Friendly innkeeper. Clean room.

Easy and quick check in, great location, lovely breakfast, fair value for money

Ticked a box for one night , but room a little small , no hot water for the duration even though reported it twice , mentioned in the morning and was told ‘oh sorry about that ‘not acceptable when you pay £120+ for a room

Great stop on our travels, nice welcoming Hotel in a great town location.

Friendly staff both to guests and pets. Had a lovely stay despite the weather.

After a very long day of travelling, from the Midlands, this hotel was perfect. We did not have breakfast but we could not fault the check-in process and the room was clean, well-equipped and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bed was really comfortable.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were wonderful the room spotless, the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a lovely fishing village, great location and perfect for the ferry. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

Great room

The hotel was lovely, nice decor. Dinner was great and a good selection of drinks. Has a coffee shop in the hotel which is handy Hitel very convenient for catching the ferry to stornoway.
