Everything was excellent. Staff was awesome.

Decided to stay here for my House Hunting Trip. Room was clean, the only thing is the shelf in the standing shower is very tiny but otherwise I had an excellent stay. The staff at the restaurant for the breakfast were very kind too.

Overall my stay was great. The room was clean. The staff were pleasant. They're usually pretty quick with breakfast in the morning, which is nice. My only complaint is that the hairdryers never work. The last 3 out of 4 times, I've had issues. The first time it happened, I had to bring it down to the main desk twice before they'd give me a new one. They claimed it just needed to be reset. All resetting does, Is make it work for all of 10 seconds before turning off again. I just gave up, and now I don't even bother bringing it to the main desk anymore.

Les chambres sont modernes, plus grande qu’habituel, avec un petit comptoir cuisine, un petit déjeuner complet est inclus qui est servi au restaurant, et une bouteille de chardonnay nous a été donnée à l’arrivée parce qu’on a réservé avec Expédia.

Clean room, and friendly staff. Had a great pool and easily the best fitness centre of any hotel that I've ever stayed in.

Breakfast was good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was OK. Staff is awesome

I liked the mini kitchenet in the room, like Fridge, micro-oven, very useful. Did not like the noise of the AC fan inside the room, which automatically starts, restarts every 10 minutes and disturbs sleeping. Access to swimming pool and its use could be more user friendly, and easily accessible.

Good parking just 6 min to Tim Hortons and nice heated pool with garden and barbecue area was good too. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the room's layout was a bit unusual. Our room overlooked the pool and had no windows facing outside, so there was no natural light. The only window was the patio door, which didn't open. It looked directly onto the pool, allowing us to see people swimming, and they could also see straight into our room. As a result, we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy. The room itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the air conditioning fan only had two settings—On and Auto—and it blew directly onto one of the beds, which made it uncomfortable to sleep unless the air conditioning was turned off. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. If we return, we will definitely request a room with a window facing outside.

The best part was the waitress at breakfast. A real star server. And the sound proofing was excellent - we did not hear all the children next door. Check-in and out were underwhelming. Front desk staff Monday morning was a tad curt.

I loved how clean it looked & smelled! It felt like home. The breakfasts were outstanding! Nothing like we’ve had before. It wasn’t a buffet style but a hot meal they brought us of our choosing. And it was free! lol Ive absolutely nothing negative to say. Honest! It’s got two thumbs up for sure! We will b back!
