colazione personale molto gentile e premuroso, nulla di straordinario riguardo le cose da mangiare

L'hôtel est loin du centre de Turin et ce nest pas suffisamment expliqué dans la description faite sur votre site. Dommage

This was no where near a 4* hotel as advertised. No water or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, cheap toiletries, very tired room with multiple scuff marks on the walls and missing tiling in the bathroom, and only lukewarm water in the shower. The free breakfast was very disappointing, with cured meats clearly out of date, and yogurts which were out of date from a week earlier. We arrived at 9.30am (breakfast was advertised as finishing at 10am) to find most of the food had already gone and were told it was not going to be replenished. The only saving grace was that the bedding and bathroom were very clean.

Ottima la hall e i sevizi comuni. Scadenti le camere che non sono quelle pubblicizzate, almeno quelle assegnateci.

Chambre correcte , bonne literie Le petit déjeuner top , café fait au bar avec un dessin en mousse de lait Part contre le personnel moyen le réceptionniste qui parlé très bien le francais m'a dit pendant les festivités les parkings sont gratuit , résultat PV de stationnement

Camere con arredamento minimale, scadente e malandato, lenzuola e asciugamani maleodoranti, bagno sporco e box doccia rotto, vetro della finestra rotto, abatjour non funzionante, presa della corrente scomoda sotto la scrivania. Il secondo giorno non sono stati rimessi gli asciugamani puliti. Ascensore traballante. Anche i bagni nel seminterrato sono sporchi e mal funzionanti. Colazione scarna con prodotti poco freschi. Avevamo prenotato 2 camere vicine, di cui una con letti separati. L'hotel non aveva ricevuto questa segnalazione da Expedia quindi ci sono state date due camere su piani diversi, entrambe con letto matrimoniale. Alla nostra richiesta in reception, in una delle due camere hanno separato i letti al momento del check-in ma la sera successiva li abbiamo trovati uniti nuovamente. Personale gentile ma la struttura nell'insieme è poco funzionale e male organizzata.

Chambre en mauvais état

Chambre agréable, hôtel situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, petit déjeuner correct. Petit point négatif : le ménage qui laisse à désirer…

The worst I've ever had in my life. An unclean room. A bed they slept in and the sheets weren't changed. A shower and toilet that smelled of sewage. Air conditioning and heating that didn't work. And worst of all, a staff that wasn't willing to help and didn't care about anything.

Stanza abbastanza spaziosa ma piuttosto spoglia, bagno comodo. Colazione con buona scelta. Personale gentile

Localização de fácil acesso para vários pontos da cidade e com transporte publico e ponto de táxi fácil. Ótimos restaurantes por perto. Equipe ótima, simpática e receptiva. Quarto super grande mas precisa de uma reforma pois está um pouco antigo. Café da manhã simples e poderia ter mais opções.

L’hotel è datato ed in posizione scomoda e lontana dal centro. La colazione è pessima per ogni aspetto! Da evitare!

Le zone comuni dell’hotel sono ben arredate e con un buon gusto per il design moderno con contaminazioni etniche. La nostra stanza, una matrimoniale, era pulita ma con i segni del tempo e richiederebbe una piena ristrutturazione. Il bagno, in ordine e pulito, andrebbe ripreso completamente. Zona centrale per Torino, siamo a Crocetta.

L'hotel è divertente e un poco datato il che non guasta...ho chiesto più volte il tappo del bidet senza successo. I mobili sono un poco consunti e denotano un arredamento non nuovo. Forse alcune delle quattro stelle che lo classificano è una cometa cioè è una stella in procinto di cadere...

Good hotel. Interesting and arty design in lobby and lounge.
