Bed is not comfortable

The room we got is at the -1 floor, but not the basement. So it was wide and bright and near the trees. It's for a discount so it liked it pretty much. The front desk staff is always friendly and smiley, knowing I was drunk and played along. Kudos to the guy at late night! The location is right near a park, and about 5min walk to metro. There's even a post box on the way so we sent some postcards. Not far from European Parliament and the Council. Could be great for a business trip or family travel.

Loud: back of hotel, crow-like birds mating, next to windows, with an echo-ing canyon-like effect. Horrible; disruptive; incapable of rest. Otherwise? Okay.

The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht

Ruhige Lage. Die Ausstattungsqualität kann verbessert werden.

Habitación bastante vieja. Cama incómoda y una nevera que la tenia que desenchufar por el ruido que hacia. El desayuno era correcto y el hotel esta bien ubicado. Muy caro para la calidad del servicio y habitaciones.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very quiet and comfortable. Fantastic location with park and metro a short walk away. Breakfast selection excellent. Highly recommend.

Overall a good comfortable stay. Room furnishings a little tired and safe broken and could not be serviced. Attentive staff and a well located hotel. Good breakfast.

The room was clean but dated,oddly shaped and very small. Room safe was extremely small. Very convenient to public transportation and restaurants, and shops. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Fine for a short stay.

Positiv: Gute Lage zum Jubelpark und zur Metro. Negativ: Dusche in der Badewanne, keine Klimaanlage, mittelmäßiges Frühstück

L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et mériterai quelques travaux surtout dans la salle de bain. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse. Propre dans son ensemble mais dans la salle de bain : des traces de moisissures étaient présentes. Attention au parking annoncé : c’est un micro parking de 3 places à raison de 25€/jour. La personne qui nous a reçu pour le Check out était peu aimable également

This is a nice place to stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was ok. I think the bathtub was too high to climb into. Not a bad place to stay at.

The hotel claimed to provide an English breakfast for £20 however this was very poor. they don’t use a proper kitchen. The practice rewarming pre-boiled eggs is very dangerous. I think this was responsible for my food poisoning!!!!

The room was nice. But without any forehand information the restaurant war closed and no breakfast available.

Good room but was too cold in the beginning ( window was not properly closed).
