We loved this hotel in Peterborough! Everything was comfortable and clean, I am pretty sure that it is a brand new hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly from check in to check out. We stayed on a ground floor river view room, it was so nice! We had our own little deck looking right out onto the river, where we could watch the sunset and the families of geese and ducks on the lawn. So sweet. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, with every amenity available. We had a great sleep. The breakfast is very good too, a great selection of cereals, baked goods, eggs, a different meat each morning, and French toast or pancakes! We really appreciated the effort made to reduce waste by having real cups and plates to use too. They are also close to two of the bus stops for the local transit system, a short walk to either of them. We used the bus twice, it was very convenient. They are also close to some local restaurants, in fact there is a place for burgers and wings right next door. Fish and chips, Indian food and other local choices not too far in the other direction. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again while visiting Peterborough, we had a lovely stay.

First rate hotel with very nice staff- loads of parking spots on the property; my only recommendation to the hotel would be to install automatic front doors as most people require them nowadays to enter ( not pull the doors when your hands are full of luggage)...other than that minor issue, this is a really good spot to stay at.

I really loved my stay here and the location was fantastic -- the river view of the room was also great. We loved using the pool and breakfast was fresh and well-stocked the front desk staff was really helpful--especially in allowing us a late checkout on Sunday we found the charger for electric vehicles helpful. I found the staff really helpful and friendly and the price reasonable.

The hotel itself is kept very clean. The room I had reserved was cleaned immaculately daily. The reception staff are very friendly and professional. I shall be returning to this hotel when I am in the area on business.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue and they went above and beyond to correct it. The breakfast was great - lots of options from parties, bagels, eggs, sliced cheese, oatmeal and waffle or pancakes. Fresh fruit and yogurt. And even to-go cups for coffee. We had a gorgeous view of the river which we enjoyed from our balcony. It's not a fancy hotel but great for a few nights, especially a kids' soccer tournament.

The property was a short drive or cycle to the cycling trails we wanted to use. The breakfast was acceptable but the staff working the breakfast area were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Much better than in other hotels where breakfast is offered. The front desk staff always polite and helpful. The restaurant next door to the hotel was recommended to us and had excellent food for reasonable prices. We chose to eat there for both our nights. We didn't use any other amenities.

Was nice area. We enjoyed room looking out at the river.Had a bit of trouble with getting TV going but someone came right away to get it going. All was good.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Peterborough. It is an excellent value and we love the outdoor space by the river. It’s so relaxing.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was nice to have a quick dip in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. This is a very nice and clean motel. Would definitely stay again!

A/C not working properly in one of our two rooms. We called the front desk and they came and set the room temp to 66, which helped a bit but only made the room tolerable, not actually cool. Our room next door by contrast was set at 68 and was noticeably cooler. The breakfast buffet was edible, but not the quality I would expect having paid 250 per night per room. The rug in one of our rooms had a big fold in it. It needs to be stretched out. It just seems that the rooms are getting a bit tired and neat updating. They were clean. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
