Had lots of parking, nice clean and big rooms, clean toilets - the pool and slide were good fun for children, sauna as well which is a bonus. Staff was very helpful and had bear spray for us to borrow during out stay. The breakfast was quite basic, nothing exciting and got very busy esp first thing as it opened as I think people wanted to run out to their trails early morning. It might looked a bit aged but all in all very nice hotel. Internet was a bit patchy, kept turning off and on all the time.

Our room was large and accommodated our family of four. The free breakfast helped us start the day the right way and the water slide went down really well with the kids. Staff were friendly, helpful and the on-site gym was great also!

We loved everything about Pocaterra! if we were to give one suggestion, I think it would be just a variety on their breakfast menu. But honestly, everything was perfect.

I was pretty my disappointed that we paid $600 for sticky floors, looked like they hadn’t been washed in a year, crud in light switches, no soap in the dispensers, and AC unit that sounds like the turbine of an airplane jet. So loud had to sleep with it off, even with sleeping meds, and could hear the highway with the window closed.

The amenities are not well maintained and need updating. Seems as though there is no limit on the number of people in the pool and hot tub area as it was very crowded. The hot tub was not working. We had to ask for a shower curtain as it was missing from our bathroom. The body wash/soap was empty in the shower. Every time someone went in or out their door nearby it was extremely loud.

Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could use an upgrade.

Easy access to Banff, clean rooms, sauna was nice, good breakfast places in walking distance. Would stay again.

Great hotel.

Shower was good, breakfast is good. But can you make sure the staff is not smelly? When they get out of the elevator, or even just to pass with one staff there, the body odor is unbearable but over all the place is great.
