THIS HOTEL IS NOT BIG. BUT, THE STAFFS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE CLEARANCE OF ROOM IS VERY GOOD IN THIS HOTEL.

基本上很棒，早餐項目不多但好吃、服務也很棒

是一間挺有歷史氣息的飯店，但不會感到老舊，整體給人感覺很舒適。 離火車站不遠，可以搭乘Bus3往返火車站以及飯店(公車站離飯店走路約五分鐘內)，即使是走路到火車站也是在二十分鐘內。 我們得搭一大早的火車，飯店人員也很熱心的提供簡易包裝讓我們可以外帶在火車上享用。飯店本身也有餐廳。 是一間值得推薦的飯店。

房間很舊，跟網路上的照片完全不一樣，不要被騙了 優點 1.浴室很乾淨明亮 2早餐可點一份蛋料理

The location isn't very good, you have to take the bus to city center (old town). The reception service wasn't good neither. We asked the extra pillows in the afternoon time around 2:30 PM (that was the first time we requested), they kept saying we would bring to you but they didn't, until 21:50 PM I got the pillows after I was insistent to have it before I got to sleep. This is a very old hotel and surrounds by the reconstructing buildings, it's quite noisy. We haven't seen much smiles since we check-in till we check-out (下午2:30 check in 後 跟前檯要枕頭 , 一直不見送來 中間又跟他們提了兩次 他們都說好 說ㄧ會就給你送去 但直到晚上9:50 要上床休息 還不見我的枕頭 最後在我的堅持下 (一直站在前台等他們去拿) 才要到 這似乎是一個對亞洲人不是很友善的飯店

位置佳, 早餐極豐富, 服務亦很好.

A wonderful hotel with very helpful staff.

What a wonderful hotel with an amazing staff! Breakfast was outstanding ! Beautiful park across the street. Rooms are spacious. If I could give this a ten I would!

I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was great and all staff were fantastic. The food at the restaurant was fantastic also!

Nice room, great breakfast included and easy to get to from the station, the sauna is also lovely!

This is a spotlessly clean and newly renovated hotel. Very quiet also, and with helpful and friendly staff. It is located about 12 minutes walking distance from the old town, in front of a pretty park. If you don’t want to walk to the old town, there is a tram stop just out the door. Our room was thoughtfully arranged with closet space, shelving and hooks. The bathroom is very new and so clean, with natural light and counter space. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, cold and hot food. The dining area is very quaint and well decorated and very clean. We liked this hotel a lot!

From the moment we walked into the property we were warmly greeted! When we told the desk attendent at check in we would be leaving before breakfast the next morning, she lept into action to make sure the kitchen team had some breafast items waiting for us. They called our cab to the Tirolean folk show and to the train station in the morning. Beautiful property, very centrally located

Everything was excellent from the moment we checked in. The staff were very helpful and the welcome card which gave us free public transport was extremely useful. The food was great both breakfast and dinner. A great stay all round

Great property and very reasonable prices. Off street, secured parking for an extra cost. Nice little gym and spa (steam and sauna). Nice restaurant. Location is approx. 1 mile from old part of town.

Perhehuone oli erittäin hyvä, kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, reilut sängyt, joissa kaikissa asialliset joustinpatjat. Sijainti Innsbruckin tapaisessa pikkukylässä riittävän hyvä. Parkkipaikan autolle sai lisähintaan, parkkihalli yksi ahtaimmista missä olen koskaan ajatellut. Aamupala erittäin hyvä ja respan henkilökunta suorastaan yliystävällistä. Saimme enemmän vinkkejä kuin ymmärsimme edes kysyä. Laskettelemaan päädyimme lopulta Azamer Lizumiin.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, would certainly come back!
