A wonderful stay right in the centre of Luleå. Breakfast is amazing!

The bathroom was set up for disabled people and the drain was blocked, therefore the entire bathroom floor was covered in water when taking a shower...

Pleasant staff and conveniently located.

Wonderful experience at the hotel….comfy, friendly & beautiful. Breakfast had a wide selection of tasty food in a lovely room. The connecting pub was also excellent. The staff & food were very good. Would go there again in a heartbeat!

We were lucky enough to have an upgrade to a suite available. This was definitely worth the extra payment. Our suite was very spacious with a lovely comfortable bed, a large bathroom and nice city views. Being at the end of the corridor it was also very quiet so we weren’t troubled with any noise from other guests. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and plenty of everything The only thing that we noticed in all the hotels that we stayed in during our month long road trip around Sweden was eggs! Everywhere we had hard and soft boiled or scrambled ( these were some sort of powdered egg mixed with water or milk, but not the best ) Come on Sweden - proper scrambled, poached, fried or even eggs Benedict, it can’t be that hard. The Bishops arms next door was nice for a quick drink and trying hard to be like an English pub.

Nice rooms but very noisy with the ventilation system in the top floor, could not have the window open despite the heat because it was so loud. Unfortunately this caused obvious sleep issues. However the staff were understanding and were aware of the issue and we were relocated the 3rd night of our stay. Rooms were big, comfortable but lacking in cleaning here and there, bathroom was getting to the point of dirty. The internet connection was very good. Breakfast was good, although the warm selection was not that great. The cold buffet was very good, good choice of cereal,breads,fruits and sweet cakes were excellent. So overall the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly, helpful and problem solving.

Good for stay

The staff were helpful the parking to hotel walk is a bit of a difficulty but considering it is centre of town can understand it but with bags was difficult. The breakfast options were good

The staff were great and very helpful. My bedroom was nice and overlooked the sqaure. Breakfast was pleasant, so too was the dinner. The adjoining pub had a great feel to it, like a traditional UK pub.

We had a great stay! The rooms were large and comfortable. Front desk staff—particularly Robin—were very helpful and engaging. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful hotel

The property is nice overall. Breakfast excellent. It is a bit tired in places - looking outside to the balcony you see the rusty railing. Views are great from the top floor. Bathroom is nice - one of the best. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful. Classic early 1900’s architecture and nicely restored interior. Our room was large, well appointed and bright with floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast in the high ceilinged stunning ballroom with views of the bay was plentiful and well prepared. The staff was always helpful and professional. This is an excellent hotel

This hotel had lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful facilities and the best breakfast we’ve encountered during two weeks in Finland and Sweden. Spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is super old not really rennovated. I had to ask if my room was really a delux room (small and without comfort). The curtains don't properly close (which is a problem if you are there in June). The bed is noisy and so soft you might think it's a water mattress. Breakfast is chaotic, you have coffee in an extreme corner, plates and cutlery away from each other etc etc Service was poor.

The breakfast at this hotel is amazing and the staff in the breakfast hall were very efficient and helpful. The room was fine but in our experience not as good as other cheaper hotels in Luleå. The check-in experience could have been better, we weren't given any information about breakfast or how to get to our room etc. The shower in the room wasn't great. This is the second Elite hotel we have stayed in and felt disappointed do I think we will avoid that chain in the future.
