Over all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side is the hotel is far away from Madrid and the price does not reflect this. Very nice food in the restaurant.

It is in great shape and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The location is very close to a shopping center with everything you would need. There is no air conditioning so I do wish I had brought a fan. The customer service was excellent.

Tuve 2 experiencias horribles. Ambas sin ser culpa del Personal que se comportaron muy eficientes. Viaje a Madrid con mi Hija para ver una obra de Teatro. Al llegar a la habitacion nos damos cuenta que hay una puerta que comunica a otra habitacion y empiezan a escucharse ( a las 5 de la tarde) unos gemidos/ berridos de una pareja que incomodaban muchisimo. Tuve que poner la TV con volumen alto y no asi podia disimularse el ruido. Pedi cambio de habitacion y fue rapida. Lo segundo, que hacia muchisimo calor en la habitación, dormimos con la ventana abierta y cayo una tormenta con granizos. Calor que no me dejo dormir casi nada y descansamos poco. No habia aire acondicionado. Me explicaron que solo tenian activado el aire de ventilador...algo escaso e insuficiente para la temperatura de la habitacion. Repito: el Personal ha sido en todo momento atento y cordial.

Hotelis ok stayed before. We booked the hotel because it stated that food was available only to find on arrival there were no facilities. This was a major let down as we had travelled all day to be let down with the one thing that was required.
