Tout était parfait. Excellent petit déjeuner, parking facile, un excellent souvenir malgré une météo un peu compliquée.

Beautiful and great hotel in the heart of the Ribera del Duero wine region.

Parking was excellent especially for our transit van. The hotel reception lists were professional, helpful, generous and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the river. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to visit again another time.

Excelent as always

Unfortunately we were given two rooms adjacent to the staff entrance. Staff were arriving from 5am and continuously pressing the electronic buzzer which was way too loud and could be heard from our rooms. To make matters worse some of the staff would hold loud conversations impeding a good nights sleep. The staff attitude when we complained was one of indifference and they also confirmed that other guests had complained in the past. Knowing there is a problem and not doing anything about it demonstrates a lack of professionalism. On another note, we ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was terrible and small portions. To be honest I found that the quality of the food was well below standards and overpriced. Rooms were looking a bit dated and dusty, but comfortable. The hotel itself is quite beautiful and striking as this used to be a monastery of sorts… Personally I wouldn’t stay here again because of our experience.

Un hotel espectacular en todos los sentidos desde la amabilidad de la persona en recepcion cuando llegas, el poder aparcar en la misma puerta, un hotel super bonito y tranquilo, un restaurante de lo mejor para volver .

Razoável a estadia. O hotel é muito bonito, mas por exemplo no nosso quarto não havia tomadas. Pessoal da recepção muito amável! E um pouco longe do centro histórico! Mediano!

Muy buen calidad precio

El hotel parece más bien de cuatro estrellas que de cinco, está correcto pero con poco detalle. Tuvimos un trato bastante incómodo por parte de un señor del hotel porque no nos dejaba entrar a cenar al restaurante, me sentía fatal primero nos dijo que el restaurante estaba cerrado al público por un evento, luego me preguntó que si tenía reserva y le dije que no, me dijo imposible estamos completos pero con muy malos modales al final les dije que al llegar había preguntado en recepción y entonces me dijo ahh pero están Uds alojados? Y le dije claro entonces me dijo que podíamos pasar, creo que era lo primero que nos tenia que haber preguntado, pero lo peor fueron los malos modos de ese señor. Puede ser porque estuviera el equipo de fútbol del Sevilla, no se…El demás personal muy amable. Esta alejado del centro hay que coger el coche. Las camas muy cómodas, y el desayuno correcto, no con mucha variedad pero lo que había estaba rico.

Estancia muy agradable. Destacaría lo acogedor y amplio de las habitaciones junto con el hecho de disponer de parking cubierto incluido en el precio. El punto negativo para nosotros fue el colchón, no nos resultó nada cómodo, entiendo que es algo personal pero en nuestro caso no nos ayudó en el descanso. Pese a este detalle lo recomendaría.

The evening receptionist was a darling

Snyggt hotell. Reception som det ska vara. Rummet väldigt bra. Service till middag sådär, flera personal som mest stod och snackade. Maten var god men pass upp - köttet kommer ensamt. Potatis, grönsaker etc måste beställas extra och kostar 5€ per extra. Stor gratis parkering framför ingång och garage i källaren mot betalning.

Gewoon perfect en prachtig gebouw

Hotel was perfect. Disappointing was we could not have dinner as we planned for and was the whole reason for staying the hotel. Really disappointing. Room perfect, staff friendly, location perfect. But I clearly indentified at the booking I wanted a dinner in the restaurant. I am sure the wedding was planned much earlier than our booking. Not nice and would have expected some kind of compensation.
