第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？

Celebrating my 60th birthday at San Clemente Palace Venice was an experience I will cherish forever. This property is truly something special—a hidden sanctuary just minutes from the heart of Venice, yet it feels like an entirely private world. From the moment we stepped onto the island, we were surrounded by beauty, history, and tranquility. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking—lush gardens, open spaces, and a sense of calm that is rare to find in Venice. It felt like staying in a private estate rather than a hotel. Our room was elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, blending classic Venetian charm with modern comfort. Every detail felt intentional and refined. The entire atmosphere of the property is serene, luxurious, and effortlessly sophisticated. One of the highlights was the balance this hotel offers—you can immerse yourself in the energy of Venice during the day, then return to complete peace and relaxation in the evening. That contrast made the experience even more special. The staff were warm, gracious, and attentive, ensuring my birthday celebration felt truly memorable. Every interaction added to the overall feeling of being cared for and valued as a guest. San Clemente Palace is more than a hotel—it’s an experience. For a milestone birthday, I couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful or meaningful place to celebrate. Absolutely unforgettable and worth every moment.

An amazing enchanting place

This is an extraordinary resort. It’s like staying in a luxury palace in its own private island. The grounds are beautiful and jasmine smell was everywhere. The pool is perfect temperature and very large. There are scenic places all around to relax in. The staff were cheerful, very helpful with advice on what to see and how, as well as with reservations. Breakfasts were tasty with a broad selection. Boat service to Venice was fun and runs every half hour. We loved it and stay there again.

The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön in ein altes Kloster integriert. Die langen Gänge sind beindruckend und die Zimmer liebevoll im dazupassenden Stil eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hoflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig in Auswahl und Geschmack. Alle 30 Minuten gibt es einen Hoteltransfer mit dem Wassertaxi nach Venedig. Das parkähnliche Hotelgelände ist beeindruckend und sehr weitläufig. Der Pool ist beheizt und sehr groß. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

A fabulous hotel in every way

Although recently reopening after a refurbishment, the property did not seem especially modernised and the room and public spaces were much the same as our previous visit 10 years ago, albeit with a decade’s more use. The restaurant was incredibly overpriced, although the food was good, but the team were clearly very new and so service was inconsistent and missed bread, amuse bouche etc for some tables; wine list was forgotten and then the wine itself was not poured for 30 minutes until we asked for it to be opened. Those members of the restaurant staff who knew what they were doing were good but half the room of tables were unserved for 20-30 minutes at a time, so more than one table of guests walked out. There are some nice touches like the kids room, bikes and it is great to have some quiet outside space in Venice. The boat service is great fun, although the gaps in the timetable often coincided with our needs to travel back with young children, unfortunately so we spent a lot on water taxis as well. As a summary, the lovely property is let down by inconsistent service still finding its feet after reopening and tired feeling rooms which did not seem to have been refurbished at all, together with a very overpriced restaurant, so not worth the premium price overall.

Otel konumu itibarıyla harikaydı, sesiz, sakin ve ihtişamlıydı. Odalar ve genel alanlar çok temizdi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri oldukça zengindi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Bir sonraki seyahat için planlar yapmaya başladık 😍
