My 2 daughters and I stayed one night, it was the worst experience from the start. After waiting 40 min to check in, we were giving room 101. Immediately upon entering we were hit with a smell of B.O. Every surface in that room was dusty, there were dead flies on the window sill, the bathroom shower had mildew, the mini fridge was dirty, and to top it off there was a metal rod sticking out from under one of the beds that was covered by the bed skirt, which my youngest daughter did not see (no one could) and walked into, cutting her shin. I immediately complained and we were switched rooms and refunded the cost of our stay, which I will say was a nice surprise. The second room, although it was much cleaner was still not what I would consider “clean”. I disinfected everything I could and after wiping down the bathroom counter the disinfectant wipe was black! Unfortunately it gets worse. As my daughters and I were getting ready for bed, I’m undressing, one of my daughters is using the bathroom, a man walked into our room. The front desk had assigned him the same room we were in. This was extremely upsetting and very unsettling, my eldest daughter cried because she felt so scared and uncomfortable being there. The front desk did the bare minimum to handle that situation, to be honest I don’t know what I was expecting because we had already been refunded the stay but there were some HUGE safety concerns here. I did not feel safe. Do not stay here!

Here’s a clear and polite review you can paste: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, we found used towels left in the bathroom, which made us question the cleanliness of the room. This was not the standard we expected. I hope the management improves their housekeeping to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The room was clean. The air blower for the heat sounded like it needed some TLC. Otherwise a decent place for the price.

I know this is a Super 8 and I don’t expect luxury, but I do expect a clean room. Unfortunately, ours clearly hadn’t been cleaned well. The floors weren’t swept or vacuumed, there was a previous guest’s shirt left behind, dust on the phone and window ledges, bugs on the window sill, and the room smelled. The bathroom floor had small black hairs, and the nightstand had a questionable white/clear substance on it. I’m giving two stars instead of one because housekeeping did come right away when we reported it and cleaned the room, which I appreciated. But basic cleanliness should really be the starting point.

There were stains on the couch, the sheets. The pillows were throw pillows from a couch. We did t Eve stay the night. I walked away being out the money for my room.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very accommodating when you needed something. The pool was sufficient. The kids enjoyed the extra toys available and water was warm.

The bathroom need to be cleaned better

My room was better this stay. However the 2nd morning I went down for breakfast and there was a thick, dark, pinky nail length hair in the boiled eggs. There is a worker who constantly walks back & forth in the area, so I can’t believe it wasn’t seen and replaced.

My key card did not work initially, and the clerk reassigned me to a room which was used for storage and was not useable. The key card to the original room was eventually corrected and that room was OK.

Rooms certainly could have been cleaner… our bedding was ripped and stained, and the bed felt sandy.

They never cleaned the room . There was a towel hanging over the shower stall , no face clothes and dirty napkins in the ice bucket
