I slept showered and left. Work trip with no time for anything enjoyable.

My experience here was terrible. Long story short, I'll never be staying at any Wingate by Wyndham property again! I was treated horribly after telling the front desk staff I saw a bug crawling on one of the pillows. I drove down from Virginia, which is 6 1/2 hours away, and loaded all my belongings onto the dolly, checked in (1 hour after cutoff for cancelling), and entered the room. I inspected the bed and found a bug crawling on the pillow. I wheeled the dolly back down to the front desk and asked her to cancel my reservation. She said she couldn't since it was after the cancellation deadline. I asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me, and I called Expedia to have them talk to her because the hotel staff didn't believe me when I said it was a bug in the room. The front desk staff and the maintenance guy went to the room to see if they saw the bug, as if, the bug would remain in the same spot. I told the front desk staff, that I would just find someplace else to go and to cancel the room. I asked her to give me a receipt or something stating the time I was leaving the property, which was 6:45 pm on 8/13/25, after arriving around 6:25pm. She said she couldn't print me out anything because I paid through a third party (Expedia), and she refused to give me or the Expedia rep her name. She stated that she would be charging me the entire 3-night rate because I was rude to her for asking for the copy of my license back. This was a horrible experience after

The building and our room was hot. In desperate need of an upgrade.

The people were awesome!

Well, my first day there went out for the day came back around 12:30. Cleaning crew was in my room only took the tower and touched my personal items. I went downstairs to ask how can someone come in your room and don’t clean and only take towels and touch my personal stuff. The reply back was oh she was clean again. My bed was not made Didn’t have clean towels in the room and I was in room 312. Last name the CAIN.

The property is mostly well maintained. The staff were very friendly on both the night and morning shift. Check in was very easy as well.

We had some issues with our stay...the air conditioning was not working100%, the hair dryer broke, broken ice machine and the TV had no sound...however, when each problem was brought to Priya's attention, the problem was looked into and corrected in almost no time...except for the air conditioning, but I would still stay here again.

Good value for price.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable. They were very accommodating by allowing my early check-in request. I appreciated the staff's willingness to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable.

The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good. Lobby was nice The room had some updating but the old was still there. The bathroom needed remolding. Lights in bathroom was a newer style but put out very little light.

The service was great. The room was fine, though the in-unit air conditioning unit was maybe not optimal. Everything, and I mean everything, smelled awful, but I'm pretty sure that was an environmental condition and not something about the facility or room. It was otherwise perfectly fine.

Stay was ok. Not much occupancy. 3 challenges very loud neighbors and shower drsin clogged.lastly breakfast was nothing to applaud. So for a single night somewhat in a questionable area - average.

Recently updated this is a beautiful budget hotel. Fluffy high quality towels and linen; good breakfast; excellent hospitable staff. Only issue - no Kleenex or clock in room.
