Good location

已經第二次入住，對酒店整體滿意，我是聖誕節期間入住，酒店於聖誕節奉上小禮物好窩心，酒店附近有超級市場，正對面有很多食肆。去地鐵站只需兩分鐘左右。

飯店設備很新，員工充滿了笑容與熱情，早餐豐富多元，值得ㄧ再入住,附近的餐廳與購物是非常多樣的， 對於觀光或是購物的旅客是便利地點的首選

A comfort hotel, the room is clean. Good breakfast. Just walk 3 minute to gran via station & around 10 minute to sol.near the shopping area, a 24 hours McDonald's in the opposite side.

Great location, great staff, great view from our sixth floor room and the vintage elevator was a treat - we ended up staying a second time.

We loved this place, and the vintage elevator was a classic touch. Had a fab view of Gran Via from our sixth floor room - and so central - we ended up returning and staying a second time. Will deffo go back again.

Location is ideal for exploring Madid's big museums. Breakfast provided a good start to the day. Staff very helpful

Staff is very attentive at the front desk and both room service and breakfast have a variety of quality options. Staff at breakfast is quick and friendly. The hotel is in a great location for metro and hitting Gran Via for sight seeing and museums. Makes hitting museums or sights/events further out incredibly easy and front desk is available 24/7, each time I had a question they made sure to get a complete and helpful answer. Recommend this place if you have several places to go around Madrid and want breakfast to be a meal you dont need to worry about. Room service is also high quality and speedy if you don't feel like going out one night too!

Really enjoyed our 4 nights in Madrid.....very well located and all the sites are walkable if you are in relatively good shape...if not...madrid metro while sometimes crowded is convenient easy to use and safe....breakfast is super...get a balcony for an even nicer experience, 4 stars

Everything was perfect! We had a terrace with a beautiful view. THe breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean and staff was wonderful.

La struttura è ben curata, le camere molto pulite e moderne come da foto. Il personale gentile.

Una gran sorpresa ubicación increíble el personal muy amable. La gente que atiende desayunos son muy amables y cálidos te hacen sentir muy bien muy rico todo, una excelente opción de hospedaje
