Good location

已經第二次入住，對酒店整體滿意，我是聖誕節期間入住，酒店於聖誕節奉上小禮物好窩心，酒店附近有超級市場，正對面有很多食肆。去地鐵站只需兩分鐘左右。

飯店設備很新，員工充滿了笑容與熱情，早餐豐富多元，值得ㄧ再入住,附近的餐廳與購物是非常多樣的， 對於觀光或是購物的旅客是便利地點的首選

A comfort hotel, the room is clean. Good breakfast. Just walk 3 minute to gran via station & around 10 minute to sol.near the shopping area, a 24 hours McDonald's in the opposite side.

Wonderful staff. I left my back pack in the taxi. They were able to locate the taxi after several calls and arrange for him to return to the hotel to drop it back off (after a long delay on the taxi driver's part and having to pay additional airport taxi fee). The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We could not figure out how to get a trundle bed on the wall to release. They sent someone up promptly to assist. Great location to city sights and good restaurants. Would stay there again

The coffee at the reception is delicious.

Great place

In our room the Blow dryer didn’t work, breakfast was beautiful fresh and excellent. Staff was amazing . Overall it was amazing we will definitely return and we will always recommend to others!

Overall the location was great for access to all of downtown go-to's. Room was great, minus our AC never went below 25°c. You could turn it to 05°c, but it never went below 25°c. Aside from it being a little too warm in room, everything else was great! Highly recommend if you want to be within walking distance to anything and everything.

Great location, middle of tourist utopia. Room is TINY. No lock on bathroom door. Shower and toilet are in the same room and glass is see through so two people definitely cannot be in there at the same time. A/C is weak.

It was a really good place to stay, great area!

The only negative remark is my room 109 so close to street and very noisy outside

Ótimo hotel. Aconchegante e charmoso. Bem localizado. A poucos passos da Gran Via. O espaço do café da manhã, poderia ser maior. Mesas muito próximas. Repetiria com certeza .
