The property is really old. The AC didn’t work in one of the rooms. Staff is so friendly and nice rooms are very rundown old hotel.

It used to be a wonderful place, but it is old and worn out. I was put in a room where the stove did not work, had no water pressure and the staff had no answer answers.

Al llegar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que estaba sumamente descuidada y sucia, dejaron comida en platos, toallas de cocina sucias con manchas, las cobijas de la cama tenia manchas, los baños tenían jabones abiertos, no volvería jamás al hotel

Falta mantenimiento a los exteriores de las villas y algunas instalaciones, pero en el interior de la villa todo muy bien y confortable

Lugar muy acogedor, el personal es amable. Solo un poco de mantenimiento a las villas no vendrian mal.

Super recomendable hospedarse aquí, mi estancia fue de lo más placentero, todo muy limpio y la atención por parte del personal excelente. Hermoso el lugar, las villas, las vistas, la tranquilidad. Con todo gusto regresaré y por supuesto que lo recomiendo 😃

This property is truly unique in the area in that it remains one of the only hotels in the area that has a distinctly Mexican decor and flavor. The units are spacious. The accouterments for cooking or cleaning are not so great. The staff in the restaurant and bar are very helpful and pleasnt. Access to the gorgeous beach in front of the property needs to be replaced. Access is not possible at high tide. We did enjoy our stay very much.
