It was newly remodeled. I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

The saving grace of this hotel was their staff. Very kind and accommodating. Everything else? A hot mess.

It was enjoyable. We brought our dog with us. There was a nice area just outside the door for pets. The neighborhood was walkable,

Property didn't have my rooms clean in time for check in so they updated my stay!

The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast had limited options. The room was ok, it wasn’t until leaving that we realized that the mattresses were disgusting and stained underneath. If we would have saw the extent of the stains earlier we definitely would have requested a new room. The cleanliness of this hotel needs to be addressed and improved.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. We were able to check in early. There is not enough parking. We were not provided checkout and breakfast times at check in.

Bed was great. Bathtub old and dirty. Curtain ripped.

Friends, polite staff

Location a little inconvenient but manageable. On ground floor with a broken outside window pane tapped up and lights unplugged.

Great location. Big rooms. Comfortable overall. I’d like to note that I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was by the ice machine, which was very loud and used constantly so the noise of the ice machine was ongoing all day and night. People were somewhat loud while getting their ice as well, so I could hear their whole conversation.

Average accommodation. Would come again

The staff were incredibly kind throughout the whole stay, and only redeeming quality. However, the room we stayed in was incredibly unclean (maybe even dangerous?). The bottom of the bathroom door was shredded along with the whole of the office chair. Many spots had not been wiped down from the last visitor, including the headboard. The bathroom light switches were also not covered properly, and the fan did not work. Finally, the main light fixture in the room was completely missing.

Everything was good, except for a missing shower curtain..Beds were comfy and good breakfast
