location is ok. But the hardware is no where near four star. I moved to four star Occidental Hotel, one block away, way better quality. The breakfast costs 10 Euro, horrible quality. Overall, this hotel 3 star maximum.

Séjour agréable avec un personnel très aimable. Chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité et diversifié. Nous n'avns pas profité de la piscine (séjour court et très occupé par des visites). Celle-ci est en roof top, sans charme particulier en revanche.

Hotel bien située. Malheureusement il ne mérites pas ses 4 *. Une insonorisation inexistante. On entend la rue et les voisins une horreur. La piscine a juste le mérite d'etre la.

Property is closer to 20 minutes taxi to Alhambra as quoted by the Front Desk. Laundry self service is not available but just 50 meters there is one. The location was under whelming initially but once we got used to the streets we could connect to lots of great restaurants, cafes, and attractions by foot within 15 minutes. The savings from hotel afforded us more tours and attractions.

Hotel had good amenities and staff were friendly and approachable but the room was quite dirty. Breakfast was good with a nice buffet selection. Location was good, as it was close to shops and tourist areas but not too noisy at night.

A lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to shops and tourist train. Lovely tapas bars close by. Great pool on the roof to cool off.

Nice location. Quiet street and friendly staff.

La propiedad tiene buena ubicación, limpieza, variedad en desayuno. El único detalle son las camas que son dos camas pequeñas juntas. Aunque ya lo sabíamos pero deben tener la opcion de una cama grande. El otro detalle que no fue agradable es que el aire no se sentia y no se podia graduar para ponerlo un poco más frio.

Centralt beläget hotel. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Frukost helt okey. Bra sängar förutom stenhård extra bädd!

Venligt personale, dejligt værelse, dejlig pool bortset fra, at der var en en hel koloni af børn, der talte meget højt og kom hjem ved midnatstid og støjede. Men om aftenen var poolområdet dejligt. Rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Tæt på centrum. Parkering under hotellet til 18€ pr dag.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating but the queen room was compact and did not have great AC. They offered to change us but only on the second night.

Personal war sehr freundlich , Lage zentral , aber deshalb auch leider sehr laut und hellhörig , Pool war top auf dem Dach, große Auswahl beim leckeren Frühstück !!!! Note 2 insgesamt

The staff is very friendly and location within easy walking distance to central city. Rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet wonderful. The parking is plentiful but is via a car elevator that is unusual for us Americans. Fold your mirrors in before entering the elevator. Park in front of hotel first to check-in, drop luggage, and then get instructions on using the elevator next to the hotel. The roof top terrace and pool with sun chairs is a hidden gem affording views of the Sierra Nevada beyond the city. The only sad part is that the roof has no lights so they secure at 20:00 withour providing the opportunity for a evening swim or enjoyment.

Es un hotel bien situado, silencioso con unas buenas habitaciones y una recepción muy profesional

Lo mejor del alojamiento es el personal, muy amable y pendientes de que estuviéramos lo mejor posible. Nos pillo allí el apagón y hicieron todo lo posible para que estuviéramos cómodas, nos facilitaron bebidas y platos para poder cenar lo que compramos. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la habitación una castaña, nuestras vistas eran la pared que teníamos enfrente. Insisto, lo mejor El Personal.

Gran lugar como base para explorar la ciudad

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen in Granada und uns für ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett entschieden. Es war sehr eng. Wir sind mit zwei großen Koffern gereist und dafür war eigentlich kein Platz. Zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch waren gerade 50 cm Platz. Die Parkplätze vom Hotel waren ausgebucht und das öffentliche Parkhaus gegenüber war sehr eng. Das Frühstück war auf unserer Reise in Andalusien das mit geringster Auswahl und die Qualität war mittelmäßig. Es werden viele Busgruppen im Hotel untergebracht. Es ist sehr hellhörig und laut, gerade wenn das Zimmer auf den Gang nahe der Treppe liegt, wie in unserem Fall.

Struttura molto ben tenuta e colazione ottima. Unica pecca è che non ci sono bus entro 5/10 minuti a piedi
