We are a group of 5 ladies staying in this Superior 3-bedroom 4-bathroom Penthouse apartment for 2 nights in end Nov 2016. All bedrooms are ensuite with 1 extra guest bathroom. 1. This penthouse apartment is on the third floor in the Barcelona Block, which is spacious & bright with a private balcony & larger pool view. Access card was needed to operate the elevator and security seemed to be ensured. 2. The apartment has simple decor, clean and well maintained, though is not recently renovated. We love the ensuite bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are perfect for groups. It has laptop safe, safety deposit box and well-equipped kitchenette. 3. The club house’s indoor heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi are good facilities during winter time. 4. Location of the hotel is about 10km from Marbella Old Town. As we rented a car, it was not a big problem for us. It takes about 6-min to 10-min walk to the supermarket or restaurants in the opposite side of the A7 road. The Nikki beach is just 10-min walk away from the hotel and there are restaurants along the beach. 5. The buffet breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant was quite good, but if you spend a few days here, you may try other cafes too. 7. The hotel’s staff were all very nice & helpful and we felt satisfied with their service. 8. There is free parking in the basement using the access card, but the parking lots are odd shaped, a bit narrow for a 7-seater. There is lift from car park directly accessible to the apartments.

渡假村離海灘很近, 走路就可以到, 很方便. 公寓2房2廳空間很大很方便, kitchen用具都有, 只是都舊了些, 電磁爐有點問題, 時好時壞. 另外設備還有洗衣機. 但也是舊了所以沒用. 但相對的, 價格還可以接受.

Все замечательно. Просторные, чистые апартаменты. На кухне есть все необходимое. Матрасы и подушки очень удобные, белье новое и чистое. Ванна просторная, есть полотенца для бассейна. Бассейны на улице были закрыты, но есть отличный крытый бассейн и сауна. Отель находится рядом с морем. Недалеко есть супермаркет и рынок по выходным. Однозначно рекомендую!

Appartement très pratique, lumineux, vue sur les jardins. cuisine avec bouilloire, cafetière, grille-pain. Le chauffage fonctionne bien, l'eau chaude rapidement.

Kjempefin leilighet. 2 soverom m/ eget baderom + ett ekstra bad. Dobbel sovesofa i styen i tillegg. Eneste minus var noe støy fra oppgradering i blokka. (lite belegg?)

Great apartment, clean and comfortable. A short walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. Indoor pool is a massive bonus later in the year when the outdoor pool is a little chilly.

Très spacieux et bonne situation

The hotel isn't quite as nice as the photos show, but it isn't a bad place. A little grubby in places and the rooms are a bit tired. Bathroom and shower was lovely though and the staff were friendly.

We enjoy our stay at Ona - thought I would do a pros and cons list Cons Not great food we did half board breaksfast was ok. We were placed in another complex so walk for food was a trek especially in the morning. A little dated apartment but ok I expected it due other reviews. Great location, 5 minutes to beach, supermarket & restaurants. Although the property is a little dated, the apartments are huge & well equipped with everything you need. Our apartment was over two floors with numerous balconies & great sea views. The hotel is split over two sites, with separate pools, we were at the quieter site which suited us though it did mean a 5 minute walk to the main sites facilities (pool bar, gym, restaurant, reception, breakfast). Only criticism would be the check in time (4.30pm), which is pretty late & means a bit of hanging around for a few hours! Overall, really good & we would have no hesitation in booking again.
