We were in 410 room and every morning noises coming from the cleaners rooms, hoovering and dragging things. The rest of the stay was good.

Cama súper cómoda

Teniamos reservadas dos habitaciones, desde meses atrás, y habiamos pedido camas dobles. Incomprensiblemente hubo inconveniente para atender nuestra petición y, no sólo eso, sino que nos dieron una habitación para minusválidos y justamente pegada al ascensor. Nos ha parecido mal esta desatención con el cliente. Muchas gracias.

Destacaría la limpieza, el colchón y las almohadas muy cómodas. El desayuno buffet muy completo y abundante.

Our friends recommended the hotel. It's located next to a small mall and the subway is just a few hundred meters walk away. Room was nice and the breakfast was good.

Hotel is nice and conveniently located. However the room I was giving was next to the elevator and the stairs, and I didn’t get any rest! Finally on the last nite I requested to be changed to a different room and they kindly moved me. Also the breakfast is very basic, not many choices.
