Excelente ubicación, con tiendas para alimentos, así como entretenimiento a solo pasos. La atención del personal muy buena, todos son amables. La habitación muy amplia y limpia, así como las camas muy cómodas.

Todo bien no incluye desayuno

Cambien las almohadas y las toallas lavenlas con suavitel o algun producto parecian lijas. Se notaba que estaban en mantenimiento porque el cuarto olia a pintura

Me and my boyfriend stayed at one of their two bed rooms and had the best time ever. The room was cleaned daily. Cleaning staff was sweet and hard working. We got to watch free screening of the world cup everyday. Genuinely had no problems and would stay again. The property is in great location close to the Palacio De Artes. Also lots of coffee shops, restaurants and things to do nearby. Good stay if you’re visiting CDMX first time as well just like we were.

Llegamos nos entregaron la habitación sin toallas más tarde bajamos a pedir y nos dijeron que iban a mandar a la habitación y no llegaron al día siguiente bajamos nuevamente para pedir toallas volvieron a decir que las enviarían esperamos 3 horas y nunca llegaron. hasta en la tarde/noche una señora de la limpieza estaba en el pasillo y se las pedí. No vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel ni recomendarlo

Very convinient when using public transportation Also, lots of food around the hotel Close to METRO stations On the not good side, AC was extremely noisy and did not do its job of cooling down as expected. In general, a good place to stay.

Muy buen precio y muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones muy amplias. El único problema es que está en una zona muy ruidosa y no hay buen aislamiento, es mejor pedir una habitación que de hacia el interior.

Todo excelente la verdd y la atención muy buena! Sin embargo la habitación tiene un sillón naranja con una súper mancha y eso da asco y le pusimos una toalla arriba para estar sentados, eso es algo imperdonable pero bueno.
