Very helpful and cheerful staff

Very nice hotel in my trip with super transportation location! Clean and nice breakfast!

Just 1 minute walk from subway station and even have lift access to ground level from train platform. Very nice boutique hotel and excellent breakfast choice. Room is clean and well maintained.

非常靠近地鐵站Nestroplatz，升降機口出步行十數步即抵達酒店，出入十分方便。酒店大廳提供的免費飲品十分美味，炎炎夏日每次出入必需喝一口消暑。早餐豐富美味，房價合理。

location is great, close to most of the tourist spots, breakfast is awesome. Staffs are nice and helpful. Quick check in.

早餐豐富，地點非常方便，整潔而且舒適，員工友善。 S7到站後轉一站出口即見到，後來步行去大站亦非常方便。地點很好

Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. All staff were great! Breakfast was healthy and delicious but very, very busy. An extra coffee/tea machine would be really useful as there was sometimes a delay getting a drink. Very well placed for transport and perfect for our needs.

In a really good location, close to station and tube, far enough out of the city centre to escape the crowds, reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und liegt super gut neben dem U-bahn. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. (Sorry: Die Spinnweben, decke ecken, im Schlafzimmer könnte man entwernen, 410.)

Excellent séjour à Vienne, ville magnifique, personnel de l’hôtel très attentif, nous ayant donné d’excellents conseils et adresses pour profiter de notre séjour. Très belle et grande suite, très bons petits déjeuners. Emplacement idéal, à 2 pas du métro et du meilleur restaurant de Vienne! Merci pour tout ;)
