The hotel room is clean and hygienic, and the front desk work number 92 is enthusiastic. I like it.

Kamarnya sudah tua, perlu direnovasi dan kasurnya sepertinya kurang kapuknya dan agak amblas.

Kamar yang baik, lokasi yang strategis dan staf yang ramah serta sangat membantu, dan diberikan izin untuk check-in cepat sekitar jam 08.00 pagi, kamar yang bersih, memang ada suara TV/percakapan yang bisa kedengaran dari kamar sebelah tapi tidak terlalu mengganggu buat saya dan sarapan yang baik.

Nice hotel. Free shuttle bus to canton fair. Breakfast is so so. Very crowded as its located in beijing road. Wish can come back again.

Lokasi dekat shopping mal dan restaurant, beberapa blok dari Metro. Kamar nyaman dan bersih, agak susah menemukan lobby hotel ini sebenarnya. Tapi overall bagus.

great location and near to Beijing Road

One of the busiest times I have ever stayed but the staff seemed to pick up the pace without compromising their quality. I even had someone from the concierge to help me to get a local travel agent to plan my domestic trips this time.

Slightly old. The location is convenient, but far from MRT station. Recommended.

Having stayed here every 6 months for the last 3 years made me notice how much improvement this hotel has made. They always try to make things better and it's such a great thing to notice in Guangzhou (some hotels do not make this kind of effort, even are getting worse).

Good, just as we expected with some improvement from the last visit

Overall, it's good. It's even better than 12 months ago in November 2015. It is improved on looks, services and meals. The only 2 not-so-good things are our bed sheets and etc. They were only changed once in 5 nights even when we asked for it 3 times already. And some spots in the room looked so dusty. But we'd still give it 4/5.

This hotel is clean and everything is okay. For the next travel, I will come back again.

good location spacious comfortable room

Waktu check in terlalu lama, staf front office tidak ramah dan berbohong bahwa di hotel ini tidak ada connecting rooms padahal connecting sudah full, bukan tidak ada di hotel. Waktu check in saya 2x minta connecting rooms dan staf front office iya-kan namun kenyataannya hanya 2 kamar yang berdampingan tanpa connecting door yang diberikan kepada kami. Staff front office rata-rata tidak terlalu ramah terhadap para tamu termasuk kepada kami. Kami tidak akan booking kamar lagi di hotel ini. Sangat mengecewakan.
