位於車站旁，交通方便，安靜，房間舒適乾淨，離古城各個景點也很近，步行就可以探索；舒適的旅館。

飯店人員很親切，地點位置很好，但設備有點老舊

The location is very good. Just next to train station

It seems the hotel internal communication or management not good enough, because we booked 2 triple bed rooms, but they only prepared 2 sets bathroom toiletries and 2 bottles water, we have to wait for long time but still nobody come, finally the receptionist requested us to go down to reception for collecting the stuffs we need.

Very big and comfortable place but the air conditioner just broken when I stay.

離車站位置近，飯店舒適 只是不知道為什麼，三人入住水跟備品只給兩份

我們訂的樓中樓四人房型，進入房間後空調壞掉！後來飯店雖提供活動式冷氣取代，但礙於空間太大（其中一台也壞了），實在住起來很不愉快！要求換房間，結果只提供2人房型給四個人住！！整個處理服務流程，態度不佳。後來又說要給折扣彌補，結果也僅是說說...現已請Hotels.com 客服處理中。

在法國晚上九點到早上九點附近路邊停車免費，且空位很多，星期日整天亦停車免費，如果只停這個時段，可以考慮將車停在路邊。櫃檯人員卻告知晚上九點至早上九點仍湏收費，不知道是不知停車收費的規定，還是要為飯店賺錢。其餘整體狀況還好，距離景點教皇宮亦不遠，步行即可到達。

酒店房间超大，是一个客厅带两个卧室、两个阳台，非常舒适，酒店就在阿维尼翁古城边，步行去教皇宫七分钟，非常方便！

住宿3晚，卻遇到超過40個小時停水，飯店完全沒有應變能力，只消極地提供限量的礦泉水，把責任推給附近的施工。很難想像這是四星級飯店應有的服務。下次絕對不會再入住！

距離亞維農車站很近，且對面即是城牆入口之一。房間蠻大的且舒適，洗髮精沐浴乳是歐舒丹的。以四星來說，價格算是便宜的！

1.地理位置非常好，出火車站左手邊一眼就可以看到，走路三分鐘到達。 2.櫃檯的服務人員極為友好，原本給了我們邊間視野最好的房，但長輩年紀大覺得離電梯遠希望換房，也十分迅速友好的協助。 3.當天由於車班的關係提早幾個小時到達，櫃檯也提供提前入住的服務（沒有多收費） 4.房間十分款敞還有小陽台！非常的棒 唯一缺點是飯店房間的長廊顯得比較有壓迫感，其他無可挑剔。

Spacious rooms, reasonable price and confortable stay!

The lobby and the room is very beautiful and well-designed. The room is spacious. There is a sitting room as well. The location is extremely convenient. After leaving the Avignon Centre station, just turn left and the hotel is on the side. The housekeeping service is not satisfactory. There is no refill of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper cup, coffee and tea for 1 to 2 days. I should go to the front desk to get these because there is not enough staff. However, another time when I ask for a box of tissue paper, the staff sends to the room at once. The swimming pool is opening from 9 am to 9 pm. Unfortunately I am not in the hotel during this period. Overall, the hotel is excellent and worth the price!

不知道地毯是不是過久未整理,住了四天後,腳踝附近有被叮咬的痕跡 大致上是很不錯,也提供室內停車場,對於想租車到鄰近薰衣草田的旅客 而言,是不錯的選擇;花園景觀宜人,非常安靜,離TGV站只要十分鐘路程 ,非常方便!
