We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. 我们订的是全包式。入住的时候告知晚餐需要先预约，问哪一家餐厅晚上可以吃海鲜龙虾的，结果去到餐厅所有的龙虾都需要额外付费。早餐是自助餐，选择也不多。唯一值得赞许的是员工的服务态度不错。另外这个地区的所有旅游相关从业人员包括酒店的服务人员都在推销售卖timeshare酒店。感觉不好，不会再来这家酒店了。

At initial check in I was told I booked with a room that wasn’t all inclusive although the resort is advertised in expedia as being all inclusive. It was disappointing that it wasn’t clearly noted somewhere that the specific room wasn’t an all inclusive so my partner and i had to pay an extra $600 each coming out to 1.2k for our stay at the Marina Fiesta. This was my only inconvenience with the resort. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The all inclusive deal needs to be advertised better for future notice.

This is a great place to stay right on the marina very easy to book tours. Everything is walkable.

Property was older but in a nice location. Close to shopping and the marina. What I disliked about the property is the gimmick scam they do to you the minute you got in to check in your hotel. They set you up with their sister hotel and say you have complementary stay over there for the day to use the pool and a free buffet commentary of the hotel that we are staying in. Once we got there, they try to sell you timeshare even though you tell them you are not interested in the minute. I told him I am not here to buy anything I just to enjoy my stay at Cabo for the first time, but they were not trying to hear that they make sure you go on their our tour even though you said no all because it was complementary and you felt before. We went on the tour with a lady who kept talking about her love for dogs and how she worked in the medical fields of stem cell, but she loved looking for dogs with the desert and save them and put them out of their misery instead of being in the desert suffering. Then she goes on and on about being a mother of two boys and how she loves seeing single mother’s work hard overall, it was a very creepy experience with her, and after she brought out her template of selling the luxury timeshare that I kept saying no to she said if I gave her a donation of $20 she will leave me alone. sure enough I did that for me to get off the property and another sales person came in and tried to pitch me more sales. I finally had enough and said I am leaving this property.

My son and I had a fabulous time at the Marina Fiesta. The staff was attentive and made our stay enjoyable. I loved the walkability as was so close to everything. Beautiful views of the marina.

This resort was so nice. It was very relaxing and the scenery was amazing. I thought it would smell because we were right by the manrina but it didn’t. So many places to eat from. I recommend going out of the marina and walking out of the marina and exploring where the locals eat and it’s cheaper. The resort includes shampoo/conditioner/bar soaps/bodylotion incase you want to have more space in your luggage. Overall the drinks at the swim up bar were good. Price range for 2 pinacoladas was about $18. The mini fridge is stocked with water & beer but that is additional. There are little stores everywhere where you can stock your own stuff and it would be cheaper. Our room had a full little kitchen so if you wanted to cook you can they provide all supplies but the food. There a large supermarket around the corner do you can stock up on snacks & drinks. Enjoyed my stay I will be returning. The staff was so nice and attentive. My favorite pool was the large jacuzzi overlooking the marina. This resort is a must!!

I had to leave five days early because my daughter and i got sick. The hotel refused to credit me back for the unused time. So they ripped me off for $1000, and expedia was no help. Stay for away ftom this place.

The restaurant Los Deceos, manager and waitress very rude. If you are old they discriminate you and sit you along in the corner of the restaurant and if you ask for water they bring two battles without glasses as if it was a cheap restaurant. The other restaurants included in the package excellent!!

Our stay was great. The unit was very big, clean, and had a great marina view. Hotel is in a great location, with lots of restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. The staff was very friendly, and there were lots of great amenities. But we planned to use the beach: The hotel does not have its own beach; it takes 10 minutes to walk to the city beach. There are no beach umbrellas and chairs in the hotel. Renting them on the beach is very expensive.

The location of this property is perfect! The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. I like the fact that you can choose what days you want to stay all-inclusive, especially if you don’t plan on staying around the hotel on certain days. The food was decently good but nothing extraordinary. Drinks were also good for not being anything top shelf. Very happy with our stay regardless. The property was also decently quiet for being nearby liveliness on the marina. Very safe and in walking distance to pretty much everything; restaurants, night life, the beach and the mall as well.

We love this hotel. They have all we need in the room fridge microwave very clean. The only thing is the shower bathtub its too hard for short person like me to get in and theres no grab bar its not safe. Overall place is excellent. I wish they have smoking room

Centrally located, however guest policies are terrible.

Property was as described.. Friendly staff.. reasonable prices… a little older but well maintained.. right in the middle of everything with is good for access but is loud in the evening do to the nightlife.. probably a better location for adults
