Friendly staff, big rooms. Nice pool and breakfast

Just the perfect stay. We were in a family suite and it was really spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, if you needed something the made sure to help. Choice of pools and the beach is right beside the hotel.

We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. Just note there are mosquitoes in the evenings because of the lush gardens, so bring repellent. Overall, a charming, well-kept hotel in an unbeatable spot.

The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. I was inquiring how to purchase their wonderful-smelling lotion, shampoo & conditioner on our way out. These gents made it happen at the drop of a hat; meanwhile, their manager, a distinguished gentleman at the receiving area, thanked us for our visit and very genuinely and gracefully welcomed us back for a future stay. Job well done, Princess Yaiza!

Pool area was badly managed, people reserved areas with towels and the left for 4 or 5 hours

A great hotel to travel with children. The salt water pool is amazing. We did have issues with getting chairs by the pool because people reserve them and the hotel send tonhace no control over this. Lots of great dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach beautiful but crowded.

We love this hotel, its fantastic and we will be back. The breakfast is amazing, the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The pools, gym, spa and kids club are all 10/10. We had a fantastic time and every single staff member we came across was incredibly friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend it enough - I cannot wait to come back

Love this hotel stayed many times perfect

Great place to unwind. Convenient to beach and restaurants. Only criticism I have is that the pools were cold, but it was early May.

Me and the mrs have bèen coming here for the last 4 years 3 times a year the hotel is amazing the staff are brilliant the breakfast couldnt ask for anything more

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert! Ein Manko ist allerdings das Umweltbewusstsein. Trotz Hinweis, dass nur auf dem Boden liegende Handtücher ersetzt werden, wurden alle ständig ausgewechselt. Ein Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde beantwortet damit, man würde es an die Hausdame weitergeben. Es änderte sich NICHTS 😏

Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience.

Myself and my mum stayed here and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish.. we got upgraded to a suite overlooking the sea, the room was amazing and clean.. the extra special touches made our holiday.. especially all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us.. the hotel should be proud of everyone of them!! Thank you for an incredible 3 days and we really hope we can return…
