The biggest problem was my flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive at the hotel until just after midnight. THEY HAVE NO NIGHT DESK SERVICE. The entrance was locked and lights were out. I walked next door to the Holiday Inn, ready to pay for a second room, but thankfully the desk clerk there was able to call a number he knew to get a code at IBIS to enter and get my room key out of a lockbox. How can a hotel in a major city in 2025 not have night service at the desk? It’s a hotel. Flights are late all the time. Get with it, IBIS. Don’t stay here unless your flight arrives between noon and 18:00.
