Más que excelente la atención de todo el personal. Todos muy amables. El hotel en general en muy buenas condiciones. Lo que no nos gustó fue la presentación y selección de la comida.

Perfect stay

Todo bien , lo único para considerar es la distribución del espacio, si vas con niños estarás en la alberca de niños y esa no tiene vista al mar, está casi escondida Muchas veces las actividades para los niños no se llevaban a cabo pero de ahí en más todo excelente La playa muy bonita, todo muy limpio y el buffet muy variado y rico, y el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento

The hotel is smaller than other hotels in the area, less restaurants and the buffet has very limited choices, the hotel is not sound proof so we could hear people from upstairs having s@x

Buffet variety is limited, I guess was because hotel was not full and need to limit options. I did not see many typical local food, but it was Ok. Make sure you select private airport to hotel option, otherwise you might end waiting long time for other travelers to clear customs and migration at the airport.

the rooms were clean and had AC! the food was very good so were the drinks! the staff was absolutely amazing such nice people! nothing bad to say about this place!

Nos hubiera gustado más explicación sobre las pulseras del all inclusive, ya que no pudimos reservar más que un restaurante en 3 noches que estuvimos. Todo excelente. La atención de Diego en el área de la alberca y playa excepcional, felicitaciones. El único pero fue la atención de la srita. En Concierge a nuestra llegada.

Greatest vacation ever. Staff were amazing always helping me out and answering questions that I had. I loved the activities that they have (everyday is something different at 9pm). Went with my daughter alone and i felt safe, really recommend visiting it.

The hotel was nice overall. We were happy with our room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone was great with our kids. The adult pool seemed much nicer than the family pool, so it was disappointing that it was adult only. The beach/water was unusable due to heavy sargassum. The day beds near the beach/pool were very nice. The kids activities seemed great for younger children but were not as appealing to my 9 and 11 year olds. The hotel and rooms were nice and we found the food to be good - we liked the freshly made items at the buffet grill area and enjoyed the Fish House restaurant. It did rain once and the roof of the buffet building had several leaks. We had a very nice stay but would likely not stay here again - primarily due to the sargassum which is not the hotel's fault.

The property is dated, not what I was expecting for a Melia. However they are in the process of renovating the hotel. The one problem for me was that there is only 1 restaurant (buffet) and 1 a la carte (fish) which have AC. The buffet restaurant always felt warm, they needed to adjust the temperature. The Mexican restaurant was outdoors, which in June made it very hot. The hotel is small, since they are renovating, I would suggest 1 more indoors restaurant. The spa was ok, just one room, no steam room or anything like it. Gym was incredibly dated.

Todo el personal del Meliá es increíble: súper eficiente, extremadamente amable, muy profesional, desde la directora general que se toma el tiempo para preguntar a los clientes y escuchar las opiniones, hasta el personal de limpieza, todos muy bien. Felicitaciones y gracias en especial al personal de recepción y atención en oficina de Level: Gerardo, Patricia y todos; a Ángel (nuestro súper mesero estrella), Arcángel, Antonio (y en realidad a todos, pero ellos nos atendieron más frecuentemente) en el Restaurante; a William, el bar man de alberca de adultos, quien prepara los mejores cocteles del mundo y es súper agradable, rápido y atento; a Circe en el área Level de Playa y Jardín, Amable, atenta, eficiente “un hit”, a la chica de la limpieza de la habitación (segundo piso, vista al mar) cuya eficiencia, amabilidad y rapidez destacan… En fin…todo el personal colaboró para que esta visita fuera inolvidable. Gracias. Felicidades por su próxima renovación de instalaciones. Ojalá conserven a todo su personal

The hotel is ok. Needs to change lot of things. The variety of the food needs to improve, the options provided are not too good or famous mexican dishes as expected. The night shows are ok, however the DJ was a disappointment. They need to do more activities at the pool, specially for kids,teenagers. When it comes to reservations at their 2 special restaurants, you can only do 1 reservation per stay, unless you stay more than 5 nights, you can do 2 reservations. The food at the seafood restaurant was really good. I also feel they need more snacks during the day. Coffee shop should be open longer, most people like to drink coffee during the day. Rooms,amenities, are great

El hotel está perfecto todo el personal es muy amable, sólo que túve un incidente que no me querían servir tal bebida , deberían de preguntar todo antes de que lleguen , por qué yo page por todo el level , luego fui a recepción y me querían cobrar $1,500 extra por noche por ser level , pero de ahí en más súper excelente servicio, muy bueno la verdad , comida , atención ,instalaciones,bares etc

This resort is in a great location. Overall is very clean, staff is amazing, and entertainment was a lot of fun. My family found the food to be very good.

After many other hotel bars giving me a blank look when I asked for a cocktail, the guy at Melia made me Godfather and a Boulevardier one night. Perfection.

They’re doing a renovation this summer so I think they know they needed an upgrade. The property is a little on the old side, even though they try their best to keep up.
